Office Depot

When I needed a desk and shredder I headed to my local Office Depot which is about a 45 minute drive for me. My only complaint is there was no store closer to me. The prices are always great and the quality is good.

I got a new ergonomic WorkPro office chair at a good price on sale after the hydraulic lift on my old one (same model) gave out after 8 years of constant use—and I was over the weight limit, so I thought 8 years was amazing. Never had back problems with this chair like I had with others. I was so happy to find the same model. They assembled the chair for just $15 & I picked it up the next day. Very helpful staff, too. This was in Barboursville, West Virginia.

Office Depot provides excellent customer service. I can't say enough nice things about Adam, the manager at the Barboursville Office Depot. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy, and he's always friendly and polite. I've shopped here for several years and will continue to do so because I know the customer service team will help me find what I need.

The guy that checked me out was super patient and helpful got my Amazon return ready for me...it was affordable and quick!

I stopped in to get a mobile printer not knowing a whole lot about them. Adam and Rich were very helpful in finding everything I needed. They were extremely helpful picking out the printer, the paper and ink. They even went out of their way to look at different pricing options to save me money. I'm not used to customer service like that from big box stores. I will definitely be back in the future!

Friendly employees and good office supplies.

After I made a mistake in my print order they immediately assisted me and fixed it. They were busy with the Christmas holiday but incredibly accommodating and pleasant to all customers. The customer service was 10/10! Thank you Brandon, Adam, and Tyler!

Office Depot in Barboursville, WV has exceptional customer service! Store is very clean and well stocked. Adam the Store Manager exceeded my expectations with an important special order that I needed very quickly!

Associate, Kyle was awesome tonight in resolving an issue I was having with a FedEx return!!! I had gone to Walgreens to do the return twice today & they couldn't resolve the issue but within minutes, Kyle did!!! I'll be forever grateful for his help today, he's a truly an asset to the company!!!😊

Really like the Office Depot in Barboursville by Target. They offer so many helpful services, ie copying, printing out emails, laminating, etc. And their displays are always appealing, many interesting things to see !
