This store has a wide assortment of tile, we ended up with a large purchase. Customer service is above average. Today, our order arrived and an employee was quite helpful in loading our vehicle with the boxes of tile.

Had a very good experience with the entire crew. The estimator Lon and his brother who measured are very friendly and easy to work with. Installation crew performed their job with the same quality and respect. Jeff the owner even came out to help facilitate our install along with the two next customers. There showroom has an amazing assortment of tiles to accent kitchen countertops. This company is in high demand and installation may take a little while, but they did an excellent job. If you can be a little patient, you'll be rewarded in the end with beautiful workmanship.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. There were a few communications problems between the sales department and the shop, but once those were worked out everything ran smoothly. Jackie Sanders was a delight to work with and catered to all of the Owners needs that arose with speed and efficiency. Thank you Jackie!

The workmanship is excellent both for the quartz and granite countertops; edges are highly polished and smoothed to perfection. The fit is outstanding.

My husband and I visited Southwest Marble & Granite when we decided to build a home in Ivins. After having visited several granite and stone dealers, we decided to use Southwest because of the customer service and the wonderful pricing. Lon was a HUGE source of information as well as being resourceful in accommodating our budget. The entire staff is ‘small town friendly’ and helpful, with no sales pressure whatsoever. Our home was a model for 9 months and the positive feedback proved our decision to work with Southwest was the correct one.

For my kitchen remodel, I purchased Jasmine quartz for countertops and backsplash. The quartz looks even better that I could have imagined.

I originally liked LG Minuet that I had seen elsewhere but the cost was higher than I wanted to spend. Lon was a great help in showing me the Jasmine, which was more economical than the LG Minuet, and I liked the Jasmine better.

During the initial template visit from Loren, we felt that his advice was very valuable. We were changing the shape of our island, and his insight of how we could do this, in order to keep everything very functional and clean-looking, eased our minds. On his second visit for templating the backsplash, he suggested adding a splash on a side wall to facilitate the best fit on the backsplash wall. The look is perfect.

Getting a quote was easy. Installers were professional, and everyone we dealt with left us feeling very fortunate that we had found Southwest Marble & Granite.

Large excellent selections of tile, quartz, floor tile. I like how careful they say they are to consider the grain of the stone, and line up the pattern when cutting. We haven't had an estimate yet. They say they are on par, price wise, with renaissance.

We chose Southwest Marble and Granite to fabricate and install our new granite kitchen countertops. We couldn't have made a better choice. They are a great team, starting with Lon. Lon patiently and cheerfully helped us through many hurdles--the first being choosing our granite. We were "do it yourselfers" and had many ideas and questions. No matter how many times we stopped by or called with concerns or new questions, Lon always listened carefully and addressed our concerns. He always made us feel like we were his only customers.
Lorin was great with the templates. We had a few ideas about changing the shape of the countertop on our Island. He understood our ideas and improved on them. Couldn't be happier with the shape of our island countertop.
The fabrication was executed perfectly with great attention to details and the design of the granite. Dan was efficient and careful with the demolition. Nate, Colby and Dustin finished up with the installation. They were careful, efficient, professional and pleasant. We would certainly choose Southwest again and highly recommend them.

Lon was so wonderful to work with! He and his team did an excellent job helping me choose granite, laying the granite and polishing the granite. We couldn't be happier with their service and their professionalism.

This is the first time I ever used granite. They were very easy to work with. I ordered just the counter not the backsplash realized I wanted the backsplash Dustin helped me out and I was able to get it. Very nice and very professional and patient. Southwest Marble and Granite did a wonderful job on our bath counter tops!! Will use them again for our kitchen! Everyone there was extremely helpful and we’re very happy with the outcome!

We would just like to share how pleased we are with the work that was done on our granite countertops today. We were having separation on the seams and weren't sure they could even be fixed. All we can say is they look and feel fantastic...GREAT JOB!
