Love this place. Service is great and the food is good too.

I've been going here a few years now. Great place. Chill vibe with great staff. Natalie is always there with a smile, and the bartenders are always fun. Lots of regulars that are very welcoming and the pool table always has some great competition. The food is always on point too.

It's been quite a while since I've been in a Bar with that small town, "Hole-in-the-Wall" feel to it! The Dayside Bartender welcomed me in as soon as I stepped in the door and was quick with my drink. The regular customers were very welcoming too! Good drinks and great prices. Keep up the good work!

Awesome little dive bar! Great selection of beers and whiskey! Met the owner while we were there and we both loved talking to him. Relaxing atmosphere, chill staff, the overall feel and decor of this place was very amazing. The prices were great, the daily specials are pretty great too! 5/5 stars!

Magoos is the best bar in Tacoma. It's just the perfect mix of dive but safe, in a good area but very inexpensive and cozy but fun. The bartenders are always good for a laugh and the regulars are especially welcoming. If I'm looking to blow off steam there's nowhere I'd rather go.

This place is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and make the drinks perfectly. The food is amazing and the atmosphere and people who go there are all awesome. There were two dogs that came in while we were there and we loved that. Just an all around great place for people who dont fit in with the norm. Will absolutely be back.

I've lived in the neighborhood for almost 3 years now and I've walked by this place at least 100 times. I'm so bummed it took me this long to walk in and have a beer. It's everything you could want from a neighborhood bar, good beers on tap and interesting/friendly people inside. I didn't eat the night I was there, but a saw a basket of fries that went by that looked pretty close to perfect. My brother and I played several games of foosball, which is upstairs next to where they used to have bands set up. I don't know if they still have live music there. Awesome place, I wish I could visit more often!

This place is amazing, all of the bartenders are friendly and attentive, drinks are delicious and they have a consistently changing taplist that will satisfy a myriad of palates. Delicious nachos, great place for tacos on Tuesdays, foosball, pool and darts. Classic relaxed dive bar, I will be coming here for as long as it stands.

Second favorite bar in the city. Staff are friendly and accommodating day and night. Love their beer options and the overall feel, the jukebox goes a long way and the pool table vibe is friendly.

I have never had any issues with Magoos ive been going there for the last 14 years alqays had a wonderful time. Awesome craft beer selection. Food is Tacos on Tuesdays and they are AMAZING hard or soft can't go wrong, great price too!

If you're not the packed dive-ish bar with tons of college kids and locals mixed fan, then maybe sure to go earlier before like 10pm thats what theyvstart to roll in it seems. Security keeps it cool but the crowds are still pretty chill on their own even if the place is packed to the brim!

Only complaint, the bathroom men's for sure when tons of college drunks are there you get than peeing on the bathroom so it has a funk times. Last I checked (over a year ago) there had been no stall door for years... Won't get into the reason for this, but take a #2 before you get here or if you're fine going without a stall door have at it. When I was younger in my early 20s I would see this often haha.

Great staff, great food and drinks, and a seriously great selection of craft beers. Warm, friendly casual atmosphere and low prices on everything... What's not to love? Best old school bar in Tacoma!

Sweet low-key spot. Great mix of folks. Pool table and chill music. Good place to drink away the parts of the day that you cannot sleep away.

Me and mrs. Went out I had a great time. To Mac and Jack's hot dog and a quesadilla wonderful atmosphere great music.this place has become the new hang out I will never leave this place. For now on St. PATRICK'S DAY will be selibrated here till the day I die . Best dive bar in Tacoma or the country.
