Lucky Feet Shoes

We stopped by to look for everyday shoes & insoles at Lucky Feet & were blown away by the staffs knowledge & patience! We (Husband & I) came in with our two boys (3.5yrs & almost 6yr old). Of course their patience was shorter than ours but the staff came over & brought them papers, highlighters, & stickers to help entertain them. & that is the difference of shopping local. That special touch you receive from the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lucky Feet Shoes !!

I went to their shoe store in Riverside, Ca. because a friend told me about it, she had purchased shoes from them before .
I googled before hand and saw that they sold better walking shoes than some other places and that they had employees with knowledge about fitting shoes for different people and purposes. So I gave them a try. Boy was I surprised!
Samar helped me while I was trying to figure out what would suit my feet and purpose best. She was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!
She wanted to help me while she was selling their products and I appreciated that very much.
So let’s see if my Feet are Lucky. 🍀👟🤞🏻

Nice selection of good quality shoes. People are nice, very clean and neat, well maintained. I bought a nice pair of work shoes. My feet don't hurt anymore. My legs don't hurt, it's like walking on a cloud. It's unbelievable! 😀

After visiting my podiatrist and seeing my prescribed orthotics wouldn’t be coming in for 6 weeks, I decided to visit Lucky Feet and start my pain relief right away. Ash greeted me immediately and started my foot care right away. I brought my doctor’s notes of what kind of shoes are a must for me and the results of my images. I was impressed that Ash understood my results and thus knew what would help me. We also did the feet scan in the store. Ash was very thorough, friendly, and happy to take her time showing me so many different shoe options. I thank her for her patience as I tried on many different styles and settled on my choices. I walked out with a pair of work approved shoes, a pair of shoes for my everyday life, and a pair of supportive sandals as my house shoes. Also got their recommended orthotics that felt amazing. Highly recommend coming to this location and meeting with Ash! And also recommend the brand Brooks for shoes. They are like walking on clouds!

Stumbled across this store on a trip to target. They offer great brands and the customer service is excellent. Tina was my sales associate and was very informative. She went out of her way to properly size me and offered several options based on my foot scan. I'm still in shock I've been wearing the wrong shoe size! Thank you Tina for treating me like a queen (she even insisted on tying my shoes! I highly recommend visiting this location.

Just got my second pair of Brooks and absolutely in love! I also purchased the S2000 arch support and felt the difference! Angel at the Riverside location helped me make a decision the two time I’ve entered the store. Nothing but patience and kindness was given!

I visited the Long Beach store a couple of weeks ago and Shay helped me. She was friendly, informative, and very patient. I really appreciate the way she took the time to listen to me to ensure she understood my needs. She brought out multiple different shoes for me to try based on the free foot analysis she did on me. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of orthotics as well as the “recovery shoe” and the inbox treatment. At work I do up to 22,000 steps per day five days a week and I have pre osteoarthritis in my right knee due to this. Shay helped me pick out the right shoes to fit my needs. I can honestly say my knee has already been feeling a bit better with the new shoes and after work my legs and feet don’t feel as sore and tired. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go get a free foot analysis at Lucky Feet and a new pair of shoes based on the finding of the foot analysis once a year at a minimum. The shoes are an investment indeed but it’s an investment that can save you from aches and pains further down the road (or from current aches and pains progressing).

Our first time at Lucky Feet in Anaheim and we had a great experience! Chelsea was so helpful and knowledgeable. She fitted us with the perfect pair of shoes! We are so happy we made the decision to visit Lucky Feet!

I had the good fortune of having Frank help me with my shoe selection He was amazing. He know his merchandise and how ezch shoe runs and fits. I came in looking for a new pair of walking shoes, ordered a pair, and also found two pair of beautiful every day shoes that are very stylish, reasonably priced and comfortable. This is my new favorite store in Palm Desert.

Just left Lucky Feet. Kat was amazing helping me along with other customers at the same time. Her knowledge about what shoes would work for the many issues I suffer from were outstanding. The 1st pair I tried on along with the inserts allowed me to be able to walk with stability unlike I've been able to do in a long time. I will go back here from now on for my shoes!

We stopped into this store for the first time, and were very impressed. My mother is a senior and is always looking for comfortable shoes. Malicia did a wonderful job of helping us out
She was courteous and friendly! She took her time to measure our feet and made sure the shoes we tried on worked for us. She offered my mom several options. I want to shout her out as a super star. We'll definitely come back to this store!

I am a single mother I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I am in pain all day at work and by the time I get home. All I wanna do is just relax my feet because my feet are swollen and in so much pain by the end of the day. I have other responsibilities at home so my job doesn’t end at home. Which makes it very hard for me to be on my feet. I came to Lucky feet shoes to deliver some flowers, and it has been the best best thing that could’ve happened to my life. Thanks to Anita and the rest of the employees which treat me like family! I am able to go to work at home and finish the rest of my duties pain-free. Lucky feet shoes has made my feet very happy. Thank you for caring so much about peoples walk on this life.

First time ever walked in to a lucky feet. They lived up to the hype. Walked in thinking I knew what I wanted and came out with something best fitted for me. Customer service is amazing. Worker helping me out today was Paula. Spent about 45 mins just on my questions and my needs. She fitted every style and shoe type I wanted/need. Never felt rushed. Came out completely satisfied.

They were super helpful with helping me pick out the right shoes for what I needed. The lady helping me measured my foot then gave me a few options to try out to see which one I liked best! She was very helpful and patient as I deliberated on what shoe I wanted until I made my decision :)

I am a walker. One day, I was in a rush to go walking with my sister, who is a brisk walker. I slipped on a pair of sneakers without adjusting the shoelaces for my heavy socks, which made the fit very tight. 'It'll readjust as I walk," I said to myself. Unfortunately, what readjusted was my foot; not ny shoes! After doing my best with icing my foot and taking Motrin, and getting a "no stress fractures" x-ray result, I defeatedly limped into Lucky Feet Shoes. There, I was introduced to Daily Sanchez. She is well informed, took a foot scan, treated me with such hope and honor and brought appropriate options of walking shoes to try, as she educated me on the unique features of each shoe. VOILA! I walked out with a pair of shoes that made my foot pain almost disappear; and, I didn't have to limp or favor my other leg to compensate for the foot injury. Omg!!! I can’t say enough how much my husband is so happy with his new shoes and insoles. He has neuropathy and gets shoes and insoles from his podiatrist BUT he says that these new shoes are way more comfortable on his feet. The staff at Lucky 🍀 Feet we so friendly. Angel that helped us was so informative, by scanning his feet he was able to tell him why his feet hurt and what the best shoes and insoles would work for him. Thank you so much Angel for your help.
