Wyndham Sacramento

Went for a conference from what I seen. It was really nice and the bathrooms were clean.

I wasn't there to seek out a room, but instead, to rent out a ballroom. The ball room was spacious, the rental price was average compared to other facilities. The rental agent, Diana, was very helpful, cordial, and very receptive to our needs. It worked out well in the end. Our group will be using Wyndham for our show in the future.

Stayed for a night, when arrived we checked in and were offered to chose the floor we stayed on, chose the top floor, might choose the bottom floor for convenience next time, we had a gathering to go to arranged a ride to pick us up, left my car at the hotel parking, area is not so bad , arrived back the bed felt great and the next morning we got up early to jump in the hot tub and pool before check out, the room had a fridge and a coffee machine, would stay here again if in the area

I got a room here to do a bit of work while on the road... the hotel is nice! when I arrived I think there was some sort of body building competition going on. I saw a ton of fit people walking around and lining up to go to a ballroom. pretty neat! Anyhow The room was clean and quiet... I was able to get my work done. Wifi was great! speedy uploads and downloads are a plus for me! I'd stay here again!

Attended a class in their conference room. It was nice. Staff was friendly. The lobby looked nice. The bathrooms were nice. The place is very large.

The lobby is immaculate with a water feature and a welcoming smile from Alicia even though she was helping another guest she took the time to acknowledge me.
She was efficient at her job and I was checked in to my lovely room within 7 minutes. I will be returning..... thank you Wyndham ,Alicia and Michael. You made my staycation perfect....

I don't know why they have such bad reviews. This hotel isn't bad at all! They're staff are very attentive. I didn't have to leave my room hardly for anything. Nice clean rooms, soft beds. Nice selection of channels..what more can u ask for! Not to mention, its quiet in the hallways! They have a pool too!!!

I had an amazing stay! I visited Sacramento with my boyfriend for 3 days, so I booked the room in Crowne Plaza and asked for a nice room at the highest level. I've got very nice and quiet room with the view on the pool. The rooms and bathroom were clean and nice. The bed was comfy too. AC kept us cool at day and night. We were located at 6 level close to the elevator. The hotel stuff was very nice and welcoming. Cleaning service visited the room every day. We were able to use swimming pool and Jacuzzi couple times! It was good, unfortunately there was bunch of kids/teenagers from school or something who occupied the whole pool area every night.
There was many food places, shop and gas station close to the hotel. It is next to the freeway so it was very convenient since we drive to Sacramento every day. Shortly, I would love to stay in Crowns Plaza again! We had very romantic and relaxing weekend. I recommend this hotel to everyone! :)

Good area with a chick-fil- a and an in-n-out across the street. We got there and the receptionist, Maria, was quick to upgrade us to a king for free and was so welcoming, kind, and upbeat! She made us aware of an exit closer to our room so we didn’t have to drag our large luggage through the lobby and across the hotel. (Which was so helpful) Our room was clean, surrounding rooms were quiet, and our bed was very comfortable. The pool is great! Quiet and refreshing. We went back down an hr till it closed and loved the lit up palm trees! I have to say that the Crown Plaza will be our new resting spot after our flights to Sacramento! I am so happy with our stay!

After suffering through a week-long series of seedy hotel stays in the North Highlands area, a budget-friendly room at the Crowne Plaza finally became available. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a professional, well-groomed group of staff members in the main lobby. While all of the staff members were very accomodating, Shariece exceeded my expectations to ensure my family's stay was as comfortable as possible. For no evident reason other than perhaps wanting to help reverse experiences inflicted onto us by the 1 and 2-star members who plague the hospitality industry, Shariece upgraded our room from a compact standard to a king suite. I don't think she realized it, but by doing us this undeserved kindness, she allieviated all of the anxiety that had built up as a result of being confined to subpar rooms in unsafe motels. Needless to say, I was beyond relieved to have a safe place for my wife and son to rest. I took great comfort in knowing that the cleanliness, privacy, and security of the rooms were held to an above acceptable standard. In addition, my wife and I found ourselves enjoying some overdue quality time at the pool with our 2-year-old son, and eventually relaxing in the jacuzzi where we shared a pleasant conversation with another couple. Our mattress and linens were clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The stranded lights that wrapped the palms along with the accent lights that illuminated the exterior walls in the evening induced a tranquil ambiance, creating an atmosphere just right for taking a deep breath and relaxing.

Uodate (March 2023): Since the Crowne Plaza was purchased by Wyndham, the experience just isn't the same. I have yet to have a customer service experience like it did back in 2019.

We came here for our wedding anniversary and it was beyond what we expected!!! The woman who checked us in was very sweet. She upgraded us to a king room and gave us free breakfast buffet vouches. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy! Only disappointments that the tub didn't work so no bath. Pool area was nice but pool was cold sadly so took a bit to get used to it. The breakfast had a very good variety and dining area was nice. All in all, it was a great experience and I will suggest it to all of my friends and family.

I really enjoy this hotel especially the rooms. It's comfortable and I love that they put 4 pillows on one bed. The customer service their has improved tremendously! They are very professional, helpful and attentive. The staff at the bar remembers us every time and we stay here at least once every 3 months. Great buffets breakfast, fully filled and the lady who watches over this area is quick to replace anything that is running low. The pool area is nice and the kids loved it!

It was so very comfortable. The rooms were a little out dated, but from what I heard was the rooms were all getting new carpets. There are also many stores within walking distances. Also the staff was great. Oh and downstairs in the lobby it had a little store with snacks and drinks open 24/7.

Really friendly staff, asked why we were in town (attending a friend's wedding) and asked us how it went when we returned for the night. Even the room service who was getting ready to clean our room The next morning was super friendly. The room was nice and a perfect place for my sister and I to spend the night. Would definitely stay here again?

WOW!!! I've stayed at a lot of hotels. But none have been this nice for a price anywhere close to this. It Smells and looks clean, the staff are super friendly, everything looks brand new and the did I mention, the price was wonderful. Parking is plentiful, pool is nice, restaurant on site and, depending on where your room is, you could end up with a very quiet room. TV was having issues and had no sound or was choppy, but I don't actually watch tv, so it was no loss. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable and had a small fridge and microwave. Staff is friendly and they have a pool and jacuzzi that looked. warm and relaxing. Price was good and they even have a bar and resturant. Very quiet not many guests. Security on site. I recommend it.

We have stayed at this location many times. The staff is amazing! Front desk, management, and restaurant... The service is great everywhere here. The kids really like the indoor/outdoor pool. Also, they have great breakfast and a nice bar. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to get on and off the freeway.

The service was great, super fast check in and directions to our room. Rooms were nice, and if you like a firm bed this place is for you. Continental breakfast was decent, but hey free Bacon is nothing to complain about. Would stay again.

Very nice atmosphere, was totally relaxed after my stay. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms were clean. Will definitely go back when traveling in Sacramento. Make sure you go to the bar and don't miss the pool, hot tub and fitness center.

The bathroom is in good condition no problem with that. The room don't have any bad smells or anything.the elevator does take quite sometimes there's only one. It's off hwy 80 so you can hear the sound of car passing by all night. The pool was an outdoor pool and it's not heated pool or anything. The Jacuzzi was the best cause I was sore from my travels and activities.
