There was only 1 employee working at the time and she was really great at multitasking between customers. She was very informative and super friendly.

Had a very great experience at this T-Mobile location. Juan L helped me out today and very easily explained all the benefits of my family of 5 switching to T-Mobile. He was very informative and patient when I was trying to decide what iphone I wanted. He also hooked it up w a great discount. He was very transparent as well, no secrets or hidden fees, he broke everything down price range very well and even explain dates of when certain things will be charged to my account. If anyone is looking to switch and wants to an easy to understand break down go to Juan!

Walked into the store with my Sister, we were approached instantly by a salesman named Juan, he was extremely helpful, explained to my Sister what phone was better for her budget. This is the fastest I have ever been in and out of a T-Mobile store.

This store was the closest to me and their customer service is amazing Esmeralda was the associate who helped me out and she explained everything I needed to know about my new account with them. I recommend everyone to stop by this store if you plan on getting an account with tmobile or if you already have an account and just have questions or want amazing and courteous service.

Came in looking for a new phone and was amazed on how personal the staff was. It was so quick and easy that I did not spend more than 1hr in the store as they had the Samsung phone I was looking for, in the color and the accessories I wanted. The best experience ever!!! We've been t-mobile customers for a couple years now and i thought i would go in store to upgrade my daughters device and my device, immediately i was greeted by all the employees and taken care of by a young lady. Their friendliness made me feel like i was part of the family and you don't get that everywhere you go! Offering me water and making sure i was okay, understood everything and answered all the questions i had and without asking our rep found a way to make our bill lower with the best rate plan they have and adding 2 new iphone 8+! We're definitely coming back to this location for any of my t-mobile needs! Thanks Adam, Ahziri, and Juan you guys were great!

Hello my name is Edna Jones and I'm calling to review the service I got at the T-Mobile on Jurupa Avenue well no Jurupa Valley on Limonite wanting Blanc or a very helpful very cordial and I answered all my questions I thought they were for life I'm a new customer who just left Verizon and I feel pretty good leaving the store now so you got some good.Juan's name didn't get acknowledged. They were really great
