I would like to thank Raymond Hillhouse for accepting my booking. Imagine I had the worst scenario 1. No credit card only debit card 2. I had a outside driving license 3. I am currently visiting family in the USA. Without a doubt Raymond accepted my booking took down all off my information even for the newbies was advised on how to handle my case. I am an islander who has been rejected by so many big rental companies here in the USA because I would fail the check list. The team at 6525 Elvas Avenue are friendly, wonderful and understood my situation they deserve 100 more stars. Excellent Customer Service 100%. I recommend that you book with enterprise anytime you looking for a rental car they will take care off you because they did take care of me. This location offers next level customer service. I needed to be picked up and dropped off from my house and they were able to accommodate with no issues. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and good at what they did. The car I got was clean and in perfect condition. I will definitely be a return customer.

I rented a pick up truck a week ago but late yesterday, I had to change the pick up time to an earlier time. Rigo (asst manager) was terrific: he took me to another location that had the size of truck I needed so I could get on my way. He was professional, courteous which is hard to find nowadays. Really pleased with every aspect of the serviced today.

I like them. Very helpful person behind a desk helped me to get my rental car very fast and all paperwork takes, maybe 5 minutes.

I give Enterprise five stars. They always have a car for me and it works. I never find a rental for the prices they have. I went on a trip recently to Bodega Bay, the Camry I rented from them stayed on full the entire trip. I especially like the fact that the cars have all the up to date amenities a new car should have. No need for the extra stuff, "for me at least" cell phone had all the music I needed. Thanks enterprise needed that comfortable ride ✌👍👍✌

The Elvas crew was amazing! We have been coming here for almost 20 years, and have gone through 3 insurance experiences with them, and it's always been the easiest aspect of the whole process.

Rental of the car was super easy and realatively fast. I was picked up promptly at the body shop and driven to the Enterprise Office on Elvas Avenue. Everything there was spotless! I was checked in very quickly by a friendly professional clerk and on my way in less than 15 minutes. Bonus points to them for renting me a Leaf - my car being repaired is an EV and it was the same color as my car - so no wondering for me aboutwhat color is the renral in a parking lot!

Service is great! I had ordered a sedan and was upgraded to an SUV at no extra charge. I appreciate the the ease of pick and return. I will definitely go back the next I have a need to rent a car. Thank you Enterprise!

My experiences with this Enterprise office have been nothing but stellar. They have been willing to go above and beyond in terms of their service. More importantly they have shown a willingness to be very flexible in meeting my specific requests or requirements with a smile.

I was in a minor fender bender and Enterprise had my back. Beth met me at the repair shop hooked me with a rental. With me being a new driver the Chevy Impala was way too much car for me. I called and spoke with E (Eric) and asked if they had a smaller car for me. E was happy to assist me and hooked me up with a car that fit me and was fuel efficient. Thank you!

This is my go to place for car rentals. They are friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I usually make reservations because it is a smaller location. Only once out of the many times I rented a vehicle was there an issue but that was quickly fixed and a I received a free upgrade. I will continue to rent from this location.

So yessss!!!!!! The ladies here are great! Ms.Tina helped me out today. I've been to another enterprise here in Sacramento 3 times(always gave them another chance) but this time I was like nope,, they kept messing things up and it was all bad,,, so I tried this location!!! And I will be back for sure!! I was in and out within 20 mins, I have a great car I feel safe in and they didnt give me the run around as the other place did 3 times to many. Ms. Tina is definitely Great and I would reccomend this Enterprise for sure!!!!

Great customer service. The team was efficient and very helpful. Not only did they pick me up when they said but once I got in I was on the road literally in 15 min. One of the reasons I only use them since I've moved to Sacramento.

Yes became a platinum member plus rented several vehicles, service is great chully and Erick are the best when it comes to customer service rented the 2017 Kia for 5 days got to extra days free great cars good service I highly recommend them!

Enterprise is always my go to rental car company. They have a super speedy check-in and out process and they take debit card reservations if you don't want to use credit. Always great to rent here.
