Air Van Moving

Exceptional service; I'm so relieved! With all I had to do preparing to move, I just went with the only company that bothered to respond to my inquiry -- I lucked out. The company reps checked in often, kept the momentum going to help me move on time and answered all my questions courteously. The driver was friendly and professional both with 16 yrs experience. He called a couple days ahead to arrange the pickup time and logistics; he arrived on-site early, the experienced crew he hired arrived on time, and all was done with respect and efficiency. I was amazed at their packing skills and git-er-done efficiency; and they allowed me to help in ways I was allowed, like picking out boxes I knew were light to go on the top tiers. The same driver carried the load to the end, and again, had a great crew at the delivery end -- they even were so kind as to stack things by my sorting needs so that I could find things later. Only one minor bit of damage, which the crew pointed out, and I said, no worries, I'll fix that easily. The move couldn't have been better! I’ll try to make a long story short. I’m a 70 year old perfectionist control freak. I decided to retire and move from Seattle to Arizona. I had different moving and Pod companies give me quotes. I also estimated the cost to move myself. I choose Air Van because it gave me the lowest estimate and I also liked Mike Wallace the rep who did the estimate.
I’ve been in customer service industry, retail and wholesale, for over 45 years. When I read a not so good review for Air Van, I was a little concerned but also know that bad reviews can be very one sided. Thru my career I’ve heard/seen some of them. That said I decided to go with Air Van because I really trusted Mike.
Through out the whole process of scheduling dates, the pickup and delivery, the service was excellent. Mike and Jennifer were both patient and understanding about my concerns; remember I’m a perfectionist control freak! On pickup day the crew was on time and took great care with my items. The delivery actually was earlier than estimated (which was great) and the crew was also quick and respectful. And to top it all off the cost came under the estimate!!
A long distance move is stressful. Add to that retirement and you have a VERY stressful experience. Mike, Jennifer and Air Van made my experience less stressful. Thank you all!
I usually only give 4 stars for good service, but for excellent service I give 5 stars. This is a 5 star company.

I want to let everyone know the excellent service we received from Air Van.
We had to be out of our sold house by July 8, 2016 @ 9:00 pm. The sellers of our new home had to be out at the same time and date. Nick worked out a plan that put us at ease in a very stressful situation. Nick and Pete showed up at our new place on Saturday morning to unload the van. The other family was still moving their things out. Nick and Pete were so nice to work around the other family moving their things into 3 U-Hauls. The sellers said they wished they had called a moving company. I was so thankful we decided to choose Air Van. Everything arrived in great condition and the movers put the furniture in the appropriate places. Their packing of our items were done so well. They were well organized and FAST. Kudos to Nick, Pete and Roger.

I had 3 guys pack and move my stuff into storage and make an extra stop at my son’s house too. They were very fast and efficient, and careful too. They were also very friendly. I would use them again.

Great staff, very attentive to customer satisfaction. Dedicated and professional movers. It is always a pleasure to work with everyone knowing that they have the same goal of great customer service and providing an EXCELLENT moving experience!
