I am well pleased with the service I get at this store. Hillary has been so helpful she literally needs to be manager her professionalism is outstanding I highly recommend this store. She needs to get a raise. You need to come down here and see how great this young lady is.. thank you Mitchell for hiring excellent.employees

On Dec 2 I needed a cellphone really bad. My old one was starting to fail me.
I had already gone to Metro in Redlands off Alabama but I had a horrible experience and decided to come to this store.
If u want to know the whole story I left a bad review for that store in Redlands off There I tell it all how it went down!!.
the young man who helped me out at this store in Riverside was Lupe. He didn't try to sell me anything extra like the other store did. Lupe showed me on his computer that I already had insurance on my cell phone so I didn't have to buy any . the other store lied to me and was trying to get me to buy it again... Lupe never mentioned anything about having to loop around my contract so that I can get the upgrade. Unlike the other store. They were trying to get extra 10$ to do the "loop" and was going to have me call customer service two to get around this so called " loop"??

Lupe never gave me a hassle or tried to get any commission on extra items I didn't need. Lupe did his job very professionally and humble .
I really appreciate his honesty.

I have been a customer of metro PCS for many many years, I switched from Verizon because they did not care about their customers, my wife and I went in today to get her a birthday present other words known as the Apple phone 13, The customer service rep was very awesome and very helpful his name is Marcelo, he transferred all the data from one phone to the next, so if you’re looking for a good deal and great customer service please check these folks out.Buy local, Shop local, Spend local.

Joanne very helpful. She had set my previous up. I returned to having issue. This phone is fairly new as was my previous. The speaker wasn't working and, even though volume was all the way up. Replacement is ordered. Ready for pickup this week. Why these phones not working less than six months very well. And why do I have to pay $20. again for a replacement. YOUR fault of the phone.
