Ross Dress for Less

It's great...first time going here and it's clean! I like clean stores to make me look around and it's worth having a clean and organized store to make it great foot traffic!

....sometimes even if I don't need anything in particular I stop here on my way home to unwind and actually tonight was one of them on my way home I decided to stop and ended up getting these esrrings that would have went adorable with this hoochie dress I have and walked around aimlessly for a good long while but then I got to the line and it was hella long so I decided this could wait, maybe tomorrow when they first open but it was so cute the guy greeting in the front door he was walking around saying "thank you for shopping with us and hope you're finding everything okay" and that was so sweet😊... it is employees like these that go the extra mile and with their attitude giving out positive vibs that make a difference.. I walked out of here here empty handed into the chill night feeling good and that's what's up!!

Everything was easy to find. It was organized and clean. The aisle are small so I did have to "wait my turn" when shopping but no biggie. Inexpensive and found everything we needed for this fall season. Oh and the restrooms actually worked and were clean! The line was still long but the wait wasn't. Compared to the other Ross on Arlington and Madison, this one is way better. But the one on Tyler is a good Ross too. I had a good shopping experience. Parking lot was packed. Just FYI.

Clean, organized, well maintained store all in all. Staff is friendly enough. The store has a very nice selection of many different items. Prices are very reasonable on most things.

This store is amazing! I've been to many Ross stores but this one took the cake. Not only was it absolutely stocked with some of the great Ross merchandise, the employees were actually happy to be there and help. From the "whoooop we got another donation for the schools" which kind of became a regular thing to the line which has the all signs of an hours wait. It wasn't too be.
Very nice, I'll be sure to get my sis and her daughters in soon.

They have everything you need and more , Customers Service great here. They made me feel welcome 🤗

Large variety of clothes and it's really clean , they had alot of Volcom which is my fave brand .

Ross is a good store just need to restock

New store, first time here. Lots of stuff to look at, great buys and best prices.

They had a lot of good stuff and stocked I went the first day it opened so it was pretty busy but they managed pretty well.

They are newly open, everything is in stock and easy to find. The employees are actually welcoming and professional.

Is new clean feeling , depending on the shift I encountered from really nice customer service to not so great tired over worked staff 😅.

REALLY BIG CLEAN FRIENDLY NEW STORE with loads of parking, next to a REALLY BIG VERY CLEAN NEW STATER BROS.
