Fernando Escamilla: Allstate Insurance

This agent has been with me for 10 years now. I am always able to get fast answers to my questions, have updates as needed, and take the time to review my policies. They were here for me when I moved, and have called me when there was a chance to improve my rates or coverage so that I always have the best price as well as the right insurance. The people here are always helpful, polite, and available. If the office is closed, I normally get a reply to messages in less than 24 hours. Their roadside assistance program has been a lifesaver as well and unlike another company I used to have, the service is INCLUDED in my car policy free of charge, with better service!

Agent's office runs efficiently. He saved us money combining our house insurance with our car insurance. We paid 1/2 the cost for home insurance wiyh Allstate, than Progressive offered.

I simply really love Allstate and Fernando Escamilla and his agency. Everyone is very helpful and they really know their business. I like the fact that when I call the office I always get a live person and they don't try to handle me with computer, robotic services.

I've been with Allstate for over 10 years. They insure everything I own. I'm a busy mom and I work full time. When I need to file a claim I dont have time to sit on hold and fill out paperwork. When I call my rep picks up and I'm NEVER placed on hold. I dont fill out paperwork. They answer with what can I do for you and no worries, we'll take care of it for you. I have piece of mind and that's priceless. Thank you for being awesome!
