First of all would like to start with saying they have wonderful customer service. The prices are awesome and great location I highly recommend the spot, and the processing is easy also the lady threw me in a free lock with my unit. Thank you.

I truly recommend Mini Storage , and I really thankful for the customer service. Specially the manager she’s very great she makes you feel like family and the prices are great compared to others and the size and how clean they have the storage I really love them and about the security and the properties they have cameras it’s also great . they watch 24 /7 and that’s what it’s more important. The rental process was fast and easy. Christina took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. Despite it being busy, she remained friendly through the whole process. The units are very clean. I'm glad I chose to store my items at Airport Mini Storage.

With a recent move to Riverside, I was looking for a storage facility. Over the years I’ve rented storage in different areas from several different companies. My selection of Airport Mini Storage began with an online review of a dozen storage facilities in the area. I made a list of six facilities to visit based in order of geographical proximity to me before deciding. Airport Mini Storage was number 3 on my list, and after speaking with the manager, discussing their security program (including door alarms on every unit), current promotional discount and inspecting the rental unit, I concluded I didn’t need to search any further. And that was before I learned about the cargo van they have available to their customers (@ no rental charge, wow!!) and the brand new stainless lock they provide as well.

While I always feel it’s good to go see what each storage facility has to offer, in the Riverside airport area, I recommend this - save yourself some time and visit Airport Mini Storage first.

Very easy application process. Best rates in town, very clean and plenty of units to choose from. Would recommend this place over any others in the area.

This is the best place to store your belongings. The service was great! The people are friendly and I feel confident that my things will be safe: very clean and well maintained.

Update Once again the staff here is awesome. I’m downsizing and moving to another unit here and the transition was nice and smooth. 5 star service for sure.
Only thing I need is for the lock to be taken off my new unit so I can begin moving my stuff in. 👍
