Roman Painting LLC

I was looking for quality house painting from a Riverside licensed contractor. I like to shop local. I found Roman Painting on Yelp where it was highly rated. I contacted a second local contractor that was also highly rated and received bids from both. Not only did Roman come in significantly cheaper, but I was impressed during the inspection at the depth of knowledge that Caesar displayed. He pointed out all of the repair prep work that would be needed. His crew works on one job at a time, and our job was delayed for about a business week as they were finishing another job. Once on site the crew worked consistently and efficiently. It took one week to complete the job. Our house had not been painted in well over 20 years and has both wood and stucco construction. The prep work on the wood was laborious and every flaw was removed for a smooth surface. Likewise, the stucco repair was excellent. We also had some areas where ivy had grown on the walls leaving hard to remove stains. They came back multiple times to pressure wash the area until it was scrupulously clean, so it would not be visible when panted. As a result of their careful prep work the painted surfaces look awesome with clean paint lines and attention to detail. Our job included trim paint under all the eaves and some other details. There were no paint spills on the cement or on the roof. Many of my neighbors stopped by to ask who was painting the house as they were impressed with the effort, quality and color (which Caesar helped us pick out based on his experience). Overall, I would highly recommend Roman painting and will return to them for future interior work. If someone gives you an unusually low bid and promises to finish the job in a few days be suspicious make sure they are licensed. I can see what it takes to do a quality job which comes down to meticulous prep work and attention to detail. We were impressed enough that we paid Roman extra in appreciation for the effort and quality. They earned it.

We couldn't be happier with the way our house looks after being painted. We got 3 other estimates and decided to hire Roman Painting. Caesar was great and easy to work with. He did everything he said he would and even went above and beyond. We had loose and broken tiles on the roof, and some trim that needed to be replaced. He replaced the trim and tiles for us. His crew were always prompt, polite and are extremely hard workers. They worked long hours in really hot weather with hardly taking a break. My house looks great and I will definitely hire them again in the future. I highly recommend Roman Painting for a quality job at a good price.

Cesar did an excellent job painting the inside and outside of the house. He pays attention to detail and makes sure his customers are satisfied with his work. He provided great guidance in selecting the correct colors. He is knowledgeable about every aspect of his profession. He gained my confidence and trust on the first day. Cesar and his workers are courteous, professional and make sure they clean up after the job is done. I highly recommend this family operated business!

Roman painting made it very easy to write this review. In today's world it is rare to find a contractor that cares so much about detail, quality and helping the costumer make good fashion decisions. At the on set, Cesar was on time, polite and helpful, and that work ethic followed him and his crew all the way to the end of the job. Thank you Roman Painting. Cesar came highly recommended. He painted the outside of my house. He was very careful and knowledgeable about colors and even offered to go to the paint store with me to be sure I got what I wanted. His eye for detail and concern for my happiness with the final result made me very confident in him and his work. I even had him do some work for my mother in-law. She too was very happy with his work. Planning on using him for future projects inside.

This was our first time using Roman Painting and we will definitely use them again! Very impressed with their professionalism. Amazing how much time was taken to do the prepping. Cesar and his crew are excellent painters. He had done my friend's house and came highly recommended. They are detail oriented. I've had him do 2 houses now and not only did the paint job come out great, but I have the peace of mind seeing the prep put into repair all of the stucco and wood issues that were going on at both locations. I even had him replace a door. If you're looking for honest, quality work at a fair price you won't be disappointed with Roman Painting.

I learned about Cesar and Roman Painting from a referral from Chris Stone at Hammer & Stone Construction and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our house looks awesome! We had to re-pipe our house in Yorba Linda in 2019 and as a result we had drywall patches and missing paint everywhere. Cesar and his team not only did a super job painting our entire interior but fixed some low quality past drywall work and went the extra mile to accommodate our family of four, plus our dog, while the work was going on. Here are a couple of things we really appreciated about our experience with Cesar:

- Cesar has a great quoting software program that he uses to outline the work to be done along with the cost of each room, etc. BTW we had 2 other companies quote the work and Cesar was competitively priced!
- His attention to detail is really impressive. He shared with me that his first job as a painter was the finisher and detail lead for his boss. He has not lost his passion or eye for the little things (i.e. caulking, drywall work and texture matching, no cutting corners, cleanliness, considerate furniture moving, etc.)
- He cares about doing a great job and made sure everything was "just right". He's built a team that demonstrated this same work ethic each day they were in our home.
- He is a very pleasant person to work with and is a strong communicator.

Ceasar is an absolute pleasure to deal with! I hired him to paint my exterior because he did such a great job on the interior. It was a big job and his attention to detail was fantastic. Believe me I’m picky and any little thing I asked of him was addressed right away. He was easygoing with a customer first attitude always!! No surprises or extra charges :)

The whole Roman Painting crew was very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They did a fantastic job painting my home's interior and ensured I was happy with every detail.

Once again Roman's has raised the bar. Following some damage from a water leak around a window frame, Roman's repaired the leak, replaced damaged drywall and blended the interior in to where it looked like it never happened.

They went above and beyond by doing some restoration to the outside areas. Re-sealing exterior fixtures, patching stucco and painting everything to match. I can only call it a perfect job. Roman's works at the level we wish we could find in all areas of our life.

I have been working with Ceasar many times. He always takes times to do the job right and accommodate your needs. And his crew are friendly and helpful too.
