U-Haul Moving & Storage at Tacoma Dome

Employees are very friendly. The uhaul mobile check-in is a disaster. I had reserved my truck online but the phone app wanted too much info to check in; front of my DL, back of my DL, selfie, a verified reference or lease agreement etc.
I had to use the counter but the employees were nice and checkout was quick and easy.
Don't use the mobile automated check in, it's a pain.

We needed a box and packaging materials for an unusual size object to take on an airplane. The gentlemen here were so helpful! The store is very clean and well organized and the customer service was fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, much more affordable than other places we went to before arriving here. I recommend this U-Haul Moving & Storage.

They dudes that work at this location are always super friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience and they are super attentive. I went to the one on 6th ave in Tacoma and the lady working there was not fun to deal with at all. Won’t be going back there.

Positive feel and outcomes when working with this location. I was helped by Lauren and I have to say she made my experience. She was personable, patient and engaged. I can be a pain in the butt as I ask a lot of questions, but she handled it gracefully. The type of customer service skills that are harder to come by in this new age of technology.

These guys are great and very helpful. Helped me understand the details so as to make my rental a success.

Owner Lauren McKinney and her team are AWESOME! Super customer service focused, fun and fair. She went way above and beyond to help with my recent move...got us a great rental...scheduled with another location and just was super positive and pleasant the whole time! Everyone at this location was great! This was our 2nd time using this location and we just can't recommend them enough! GREAT SERVICE! Beep! Beep!

I was in and out quickly. Polite friendly staff. The young man who helped me hook the trailer knew exactly what he was doing and the equipment was clean, in good repair and there were no issues or problems. Except when I brought the trailer back a day late. My bad! Sorry about that.

Owner McKinney was very professional and a one person show. Doing everything. If you're looking for a job get ahold of her.

My experience with the Tacoma dome location was amazing.
I got really great prices on vehicles. The staff went above and beyond, to make sure that I was taken care of during rental process.

Expect great customer service. Michael was very friendly and patient in explaining all the costs to me.

In and out within 2 hours. Lauren offered an extended time beacise of the Tacoma Dome traffic. Very friendly staff. The uhaul was clean and free of odors. We would definitely recommend coming here. Professional staff.

No reservation no nothing, an unexpected tow was needed and they hooked me right up. Everyone I called said I needed a reservation that nothing was available

Incredible service. When I picked up my moving truck both Josh and Jeanette were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and took there time teaching me everything I would need to know for my cross-country move. I noticed a strap was a little worn on my tow dolly a day after picking up the vehicle, and Josh was more than happy to spend 30+ minutes trying to replace the strap for me, despite it having previously passed inspection and him assuring me it would be safe in transit. Unfortunately the tools Uhaul provided this location were not capable of loosing the rusted on bolt which attached the strap; instead, Josh wrote and signed a note on my contract stating that the repair was attempted but couldn't be completed due to the tools, and that uhaul would be accepting any responsibility for damage to my car should the strap fail. This level or service and accountability is almost unheard of nowadays, and I really can't recommend this uhaul location any more highly. Thanks again, Josh! Side note to uhaul corporate department: give the man better tools!

The experience was quick and pleasant, the GM was there and she knows her stuff... I reversed a storage unit online and when I showed up I got it in no time...

The guy was very helpful and nice. He did everything to help me and it was cheap.
