Goosehead Insurance - Jerry Hallman

Jerry Hallman Farmer's insurance agency has provided our family with all our insurance needs for about 15 years currently. We have a multi coverage package with them; which offers a great value for the price. It includes Home, auto and life insurance. Jerry truly wants to provide people with coverage they need, and is not at all like agents from other companies in the past who were just interested in making a profit. He will get to know your specific needs, and recommend exactly what coverages best suit your budget and your insurance needs. He is great about giving the customer honest feedback. When I was in a car accident, the entire staff was very courteous, an helpful in assisting me to file a claim. They helped me immediately after the accident to obtain towing, and they recommended a body shop that did excellent work in restoring my vehicle. They even called to check on me the next day; and repeatedly checked back in on the progress of the repairs. Jerry will also go the extra mile in making sure his customer's need's are met; and he has high expectations of his staff. He has had the same, wonderful office manager for the entire time we've used this agency; and she never fails to be thorough, efficient and friendly in all interactions with customers.

This is one of the best insurance companies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Christina was polite and very easy to work with. Adjusting my policies was a breeze and not only that but I have better coverage than before and at a better price. I recommend these guys 100%.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. Actually...Christina and Jerry run the agency. Both are extremely good at what they do. Christina helped save my home from not closing during our purchase. My old insurance dropped the ball but Christina saved the day and helped us to close. We were very thankful as you could imagine. This has to do with the FAKE review submitted by Jennifer Dudley. Jennifer is an attorney, who's client filed a FALSE injury claim whom she is representing, against the building that the Goosehead agency is located in. The Goosehead Agency has nothing to do with her "client" and was not the insurance carrier for the alleged injury. She is lying - she was not trying to file a claim, but instead attempting to conduct discovery for an alleged injury (which is proven by video cameras in the building to be fraudulent) her client sustained. She was rude and refused to stop harassing our staff. She then threatened us with a poor review. Is this the kind of behavior we expect from a officer of the court?

Jerry - Thanks again guy for your hands on approach. You made my life easy and smooth. That was great how you mixed, ...or bundled my Auto, business, and home. You gave it to me strait and hard and that, is what I needed. Its so much better when you have an authority to walk you through this experience for the first time. THANK YOU AGAIN!

This guy is the best there is in Tacoma. They simply get it done. No games, no excuses and they actually value your business. It's nice when people take pride in their organization. Attitude reflects leadership. That's why those people are on top of their game. I highly recommend them.
