I have been in the Real Estate Business for more than 30 years here in Puget Sound and have worked almost exclusively with Ticor Title and Team Dani in Puyallup for the past 10+ years when I have the ability to direct escrow for my clients. They have always provided a positive experience for my customers and as a 35 year veteran of the industry when I have needed specialized support I have always been able to rely on Ticor and Team Dani to provide me with solutions to the challenges we often face in closing transactions. Dani Schneider and her team did the impossible. We reached Mutual Agreement on Friday the 27th of December for my newlywed clients to buy a brand new home and I asked Dani if we could have a Christmas miracle and close by the end of the year. Apparently in Pierce County and all of WA the county recorders office cannot look up property records for the public. They pointed me to a title company. Ticor Title was very helpful in accommodating my needs even though I wasn't a paying client.
