My favorite go to Mexican restaurant. When in need of a fix for my street tacos. I head to this small hidden gem in Lakewood area. Tucked away near JBLM North, prices and food are phenomenal. Owned and operated by a veteran, these guys are great to talk to when dining in.

Our new local "go to" place for Mexican food. Fresh and authentic tasting. Cozy decor. Welcoming and helpful staff. The sauces and salsa we had were excellent. Churros were excellent. I can also vouch for the street tacos and wet burrito with green salsa. RECOMMENDED!

Their chips and salsa were homemade and delicious. Their food is great and decent for price. Place was clean and our server was good.

Always excellent, fresh food, courteous and prompt service, and great portion sizes, especially burritos! Salsas are perfectly spiced.

They have excellent chips and dip. I had the wet beef burrito with Verde sauce. It was excellent. The Verde sauce was spicy, but not too hot. The steak that was used in the burrito was really good. Their prices are pretty reasonable for the portions they give you. Their salsa has great flavor more on the mild side which is okay when it has great flavor. If I lived here, this would be my go-to restaurant.

Great food and reasonable prices for a restaurant. I ordered take out for a 3 item combo with 2 enchiladas, 1 burrito, rice, beans, and a bag of chips+salsa for $12.25. Grabbed a menu and there's plenty of meal items for $10 with rice and beans. More food than I could eat for dinner, thumbs up. Customer service wasn't fantastic but I don't care if the food is great and generous. Will definitely come back and support this local restaurant.

Fresh and authentic! The owner seems cool and the quality shows through its work. This is my go to for sure!

The only negative I have found is that the breakfast burrito does not hit the spot like you expect. Don't get me wrong it's good, but feels like a burrito with breakfast items instead of a breakfast burrito.

Our family has enjoyed the food and atmosphere here for over two years. It's a wonderful family owned business that continues to provide great food every time. We have introduced many of our friends and neighbors and it's always fun to hear it's still one of their favorite local places to eat too.

Wow! This is some delicious Mexican food. The street tacos are a knockout. The burrito was so good I ordered a second one to go. We have been here a few times and the place is always empty. I don't understand why this place isn't packed, it must be the location. Hard to find but worth the effort.

We had lunch here today! The food was beyond delicious. After reading the reviews we wanted to try it for ourselves, and we're happy we did. If you're in the area give them a try. They're 30 mins away from us, but when we have a taste for Mexican food we'll be back. Even the staff was very nice and helpful.

This is our new favorite Mexican food place. We miss the cuisine from Southern California so close to the border, and this place has our favorites from home. I highly recommend to anyone who knows good Mexican food.

This is our local, hidden gem for great Mexican food at a fair price. All their dishes are made from scratch, including their tortilla chips. Great place to dine in or take out.

They have great food! Always well done, fresh veggies, even the salsa is authentic unlike some other places. By far one of my favorite mexican restaurants along with memos. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!! Also I would never recommend the Tijuana restaurant restaurant across from McDonald's terrible food and more expensive

I have lived in the area for years and seen this place boarded up and change hands so never really looked appealing. I drive by daily and never would have thought to stop until my dentist office recommended it. We went tonight and it was such a surprise to see how clean and lovely it was inside. The lady at the counter helped me pick the perfect combo to feed myself and 2 kids. For 9 bucks i got steak enchilada chicken taco and bean and cheese burritos with rice and beans on the side. It was DELICIOUS! FRESH and clean... we will DEFINITELY be going back!

Amazing food!! We finally found a mexican restaurant that serves amazing food. We tried the burritos and quesadillas and both of them were super tasty. The homemade salsa was fantastic. The owner was super friendly. The restaurant very clean. We will definitely come back.

This place is great, been there to dine in and called for take out twice. Received excellent service, great food. The food is authentic, they have good street tacos and my favorite is the wet (red sauce) chicken burrito!

My husband and I went in for dinner tonight. Amazing salasa, great enchiladas and tacos, and the churros were amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Prices cheap. Food was fresh. The restaurant was very clean. Definitely stop in and give it a try for breakfast, lunch or dinner don't keep driving by.

The food here is wonderful and authentic. The owner is friendly and great for a conversation. Really makes you feel like family. This is mine and my husband's new favorite place.

Holy cow such good food! I had the carne asada quesadilla and my husband had the wet burrito with chicken and they were both incredible! It’s clean and a nice little place! If you haven’t eaten here you need to!

Very pleasant wait staff, small selection of beer from Mexico and ordinary American. Frequently they offer a daily special, I enjoyed the Chipotle sauce Chicken. It was mildly spicy and creamy.
