3 of my kids have had all their wisdom teeth removed here. Not a sigle issue with all 3 procedures. Staff was friendly!

Only dentist I visited that was able to relieve TMJ...the others just suggested a mouthguard. Great experience with Dr Vorono.

Doctor was fine but they decided to tack on a $40 charge for something or other and didn't notify me. The only notification I received was in the form of a collections agent. I called the doctors office and asked why they didn't call prior to sending to collections and threatening my credit score and the response was "it's not out policy". Mind you this is a $40 fee (which I'll pay of course) out of thousands already spent with them.

Surgery was fine but nickel and diming me isn't.

No chairside manner at all. After removing my top wisdom teeth, I checked in a few days later. I had a lot of pain at the tooth extraction site and the roof of my mouth. I also had a hole between my sinus cavity and mouth (due to the location of the sinus cavity in relation to the roots of your teeth). Dr. Vorono basically told me that I was making things worse by worrying about the pain, and needed to suck it up. He completely dismissed my concerns and blamed them on ME. I left the office crying.

I followed up with my regular dentist to find out I had two dry sockets and some nerve damage to the roof of my mouth. AND he confirmed that I had a small hole in my sinus cavity/roof of my mouth. He treated the dry sockets (thank you!) and put me on soft foods until the hold healed. Several weeks later I got a sinus infection. Go figure. The pain in the roof of my mouth eventually healed but it took months before it was gone. I sent a scathing letter to Dr. Vorono to which he replied, again blaming me on my post-op pain. He took NO responsibility for his actions. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO DR. VORONO for oral surgery.

Wish he cared more about patient comfort.
