Found everything I needed for my daughter's 21th kick back party very reasonable prices

Yesterday, 11/04/2021 I visited Arden Way location. I was in search of ideas balloons for a special birthday today. Wow the fantastic customer service I received from the store manager Will was over the top. Victoria cashier was great to; kind full of ideas of making my decision so much easier. The two of them really need to be noticed for good customer service. The manager was hands on making sure each customer received care and was being taken care of and moving the long waiting line (wait time) go quickly …. Seriously this store was on top of their game. Thank you I definitely will be back 😁

Large selection, found just the right balloons for a birthday celebration. Customer support was super.

I went to Party City taking in a pack of balloons that I had bought months earlier just to tell the manager that most of the balloons had holes. I didn't have a receipt I didn't expect anything but the manager was super kind and actually gave me a refund. I couldn't believe it! Really great customer service, not only because I got my money back but he was so nice and professional. I will definitely come back here and shop because they take care of their customers.

Great service got here for their grand opening 1/4/2022. Their new location is where the old Urban outfitters is next to Barnes & Noble and Goodyear year at the Arden Fair Mall. Friendly stuff and good selection.

I've had problems here in the past with staff, but my last visit seemed like a completely different store. I was welcome by friendly helpful staff and the store was more organized as usual even tho they were changing thing for Halloween. The manager was extremely busy helping new staff with questions but he was very patient and polite.

Bought my daughter a bouquet pic balloons for her 16th birthday from here. The staff were so helpful and courteous. I can't say enough great things about the store and the employees. Will definitely be back any time I need party supplies.

I shop here about 3 times a year and I've never had an issue. There is usually someone on the floor if I have questions. The store is organized and clean. There are times I have gone a day before a holiday and they are out of stock on some seasonal items and the lines are long but that should be expected in those situations.

This is a great place. Since the Party America on Laguna wouldn't blow up my one balloon so I leave and came here. Even though they're busy, because everyone that was there was getting balloon, they ring you up and then they blow your balloon up right there for you. You didn't have to wait hours for some balloon or one balloon, you get right there after you pay. Their service was great also.

This place has got it all for your party needs. The staff is a bit overwhelmed right now due to the upcoming Halloween costume craziness. But they have a little of everything there. Come see for yourself. Their prices are reasonable. Especially for the maracas I needed

I was looking for cupcake liners and found an array of designs. I even found watermelon jolly ranchers and pixie sticks. The customer service was great. The sales clerk helped with the door since I was having difficulty getting in and out using a wheelchair.

We always find exactly what we need here! Last time we were in we took a really good look around and found a bunch of fantastic things I didn't even know they sold! The lines can be kind of long sometimes.

Shoutout to John the manager. Went to return a couple unused Halloween accessories and was offered me store credit which was very fair. That’s how you take care of customers.

Store was clean, organized, employees were very helpful. Cashier was also very nice. Very sad that this shopping center is slowly become deserted.
