SEPHORA at Kohl's

I loved this place the workers were very nice !! And they helped us find everything we needed you should go to this place there very understaffed but still have very good coustomer service and no Sephora kids!

I had the most delightful girl help me today. I am horrible with names so i am sorry. It was my birthday today and she was so helpful and sweet. I have sensitive skin so she pointed me to the best prodcuts. She sweet talked me about my skin and how it didn't look old so immediately i loved her. Thanks for making my day so nice. I recommend for sure.

The experience I had was awesome!!! I didn’t get the name of the customer service worker but he was awesome and he was helpful in my choice making of a lipstick based on my skin tone, it was a beautiful color too.

Sephora inside Kohl’s makes it so convenient to shop for skincare and clothes simultaneously. The Sephora at Arden Arcade Kohl’s is a nice, clean beauty store. The store is well organized, and the workers are friendly and helpful. The benefit of shopping at Sephora at Kohl’s is you can still get most of the popular items without being overwhelming.

The staff is extremely rude and not welcoming. The staff ignored me while looking for perfume and I had to go searching for them to help me when they did not even have any customers. Horrible. I will never patronize this establishment again.
