Macy's has always carried quality products and continues to have a vast selection of clothes, jewelry, and almost anything that you can think of. This store has continued to thrive in the DOCO area, which makes going downtown an even better experience.

I keep telling people, just go to Macy’s. With the sales and deals and star money and Macy’s money, you’re going to end up with better quality stuff that really won’t cost as much as replacing that cheap stuff you get at other stores. Plus, it’s all about the service. Amazing customer service at Macy’s. This location is wonderful and it has a massive home section!! Plus it’s own parking garage, just take your ticket, validate and a shop till your heart’s content!

I came to grab a new suit for a friend’s wedding and I didn’t realize they have personal a stylist here. There’s a special section within the mens formal wear, that the stylist helps you. She helped us with blazer, pant, and shirt measurements and gave recommendations as we tried to find the right fit and style. She was very attentive to our group and made sure all our questions were answered. She provided exceptional customer service. She even helped us pick out some shoes, belts and ties. If you come to this Macy’s, make sure you park in the basement parking structure and ask for parking validation.

If you're looking for men's cologne you can't go wrong shopping at Macy's, as they have the latest, like Dior Sauvage Spray, Versace, Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier, and the list goes on, don't settle for less, And the same goes for women's perfume, like Channel, Viktor & Rolf, Lacome, Givenchy, and their list goes on, and if you're lucky you'll catch one of their sales which are happening all the time, and the sales clerks are there to help with a smile 😊 5 ⭐'s hands down

Went into Macy's to see if they had any samples of perfume available. I was running low on the perfume that I had in the little bottle, that I got last time I was there. ( My Way ) Giorgio Armani. There was a young man at the counter who greeted me with the best smile. He not only gave me a sample of perfume, but he told me about another fragrance and what makes it special. He was very knowledgeable about it and I was impressed. He has the best personality. I will be purchasing perfume from him next visit.

This is the best Macy's in town! You won't regret taking a visit here to shop because they have a lot of high quality brands here such as cosmetics ( all you can really think of) , perfumes, nice designer purses and clothes, their home section is amazing . They have a designated floor for kids clothes too. This store is amazing, I just have to put it out there!

First of, was really surprised with backstage department/part of the store. Amazing prices, beautiful style and everything is in order, definitely something new I learned today, other Macy's stores don't have that in their store.

Huge store, has furniture, kitchen items as well. Loved how clean it was and customer service is great 🌿

I visited Macy's Backstage with my husband. The store was well-maintained and offered a wide range of items to choose from.

Love Macy's, the secret is on the 3rd floor, next to furnishings. All the brands, discounted over 60%.

This place is a Macy's flag ship! You name it...it's here. The furniture dept is gigantic!!

I was there with my daughter trying to find some sandals. She ended up having the sales lady order two pairs. The sales people were very nice, courteous, and helpful. I would definitely shop there again.

Can always find a wide selection of men's clothing. That's my one stop go to store.

Last time I was here the store was in a bit of a drag. Considering covid and everything.. I understand.

But today when I went in to get some basketball shoes I was pleasantly surprised to be helped by Shy.
