This used to be the best kept secret in bowling.... not anymore! All the other all alleys rip you off blind but not Fireside. Just... good luck getting a lane now. Great food. Friendly staff. Great bar. Fun bowling events for couples and families.

If you like bowling and like to keep your money, here's the place. Fireside Lanes is a friendly atmosphere with great service, food and a bar if you're in the mood. Go there and enjoy your game.

the workers are super nice and helpful. The food is decent.

I've not had such a welcoming community experience from any other business in my adult life. Everyone is friendly, even the patrons. The food is good, the bowling shop is very courteous, and the lanes are kept very well. While I wish the bumpers were automatic, the league community squashes that concern. The coaches are wonderful. This place is made for the more dedicated bowler than I've previously experienced. I just think the world of Fireside Lanes.

My In-laws come here 3 days a week. They really enjoy it. The little lunch cafe has great food. Vincent (the cook) makes a mean BLT. 😃

Low key bar with fabulous food. One of the best burgers in my opinion for the price.

The lanes are decent and noise level lower than other local places.(note:I am only an occasional bowler)

Great atmosphere and Good customer service. The woman who rings you and and gives u shoes.. she was awesome. Made us feel right at home for it being our first time there.

The manager literally gave me a free bowling bag when he saw me struggling to carry my personal ball and shoes by hand.

The lanes are well taken care of, and the house balls are in good shape too.

This is not a gimmicky bowling alley, just genuine, vintage American bowling done right.

I normally go on Tuesday mornings right when they open. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. The other patrons are always very courteous when I am there. This place is very professional and if you are really trying to improve your game, there’s always people around to give you good tips. I highly recommend fireside lanes.

Best bowling alley in Sacramento hands down. It survived the terrible bowlero take over and remains the bowling alley for serious bowlers. Well maintained lanes and clean seating areas. This is the last remaining alley in Sacramento and it should be cherished at all cost. Join a league here and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. On the plus side, this is the place with the best pro shop in Sac. Stop in and you’ll be treated with some class and professionalism.

We've gone here since we were young and have seen a lot of change and growth. The newest remodel has completely rejuvenated the experience. Food and staff are great, but the best part is that my young daughters want to keep coming back

My favorite bowling spot. The staff is always friendly. The nacho fries are to die for and they have great pricing on Everything. Love it here.
