Sunrise Thai Restaurant

If you like a Thai food look no further, so far everything we had here is amazing. But the curries 🤤, service is great too! Can’t go wrong with this one, definitely a keeper. And yes we are foodies.

A great variety of food, I love their sunrise Thai boat noodle! So complex and savory. Their satay was good too, the peanut sauce was on the sweeter side. I’ll be coming back soon

Normally I don't eat thai food, but I gave it another chance. This restaurant definitely changed my mind, but I'll only eat from here. My boyfriend and I ordered the Thai fried rice, pot stickers, butterfly shrimp, sticky rice w/ mango, and the Tom Kha. I added pad mama noodles and 1 egg to my Tom Kha. It was a great addition! The ramen noodles go so well with the coconut broth. When I come back, I will try the fresh rolls and the sausage fried rice. :)

Amazing food! The curry is fabulous (although for asking for a 3 on the spice scale, a little underwhelming). The service wasn't great at all, but then, that would probably be because there was only one waitress running the front, and takeout orders. I would go back simply to try more curry, one of my favorite dishes. Just expect the service to be a tad slow!

My favorite Thai restaurant ever! We always get the pad see ew and the yellow curry. They have the best prices for Thai food that we’ve seen in the Sacramento area and the portions are very generous. The mango sticky rice is also amazing!

First time visit - it’s delicious! Good was really good. Hot and ready when I got there. They make one of the best sticky mango rice desserts I’ve had.

If there’s any critique it’s that I wish the good was spicier. But that’s on me, I didn’t ask for spicy.

The yellow curry is the best, full of flavor and not hot. The veges are cooked perfectly and the velveted chicken has a nice texture. I walked in and waited 10 minutes!

Best Thai food I ever enjoyed!!! All of my party of 11 loved everything about the experience, especially the food. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fun......and thank goodness he explained the spice choices. What is "SPICY" other places is a 2 or 3 here on a scale of 1-5, with 1 being mild and 5 very spicy. 😋

The workers here are so nice & the food is always accurate! We always get the drunken noodle with yellow curry broth on the side. The food is always always piping hot by the time we get home too which is awesome!

My favorite Thai food restaurant. Yellow avocado curry is amazing. Its not spicy and has great balance of flavors. So good!

Called them as I was leaving work, and the food was ready for pick up within 20 minutes. All of the food was delicious and the serving sizes were generous. Fed three people with leftovers. I recommend this place is your in the mood for Thai.

Delicious food, nice variety of eats, friendly staff, and clean place. Prices are decent too. For carry-out, they give you a container and you can fill it as much as you can for in it. They price it by weight. Their orange chicken is delicious.

Excellent service and delicious food. We had a large group and so I was able to try 2 appetizers and 10 different entrees - everything was amazing. Great noodles, curries and stir fries. Thank you!

I have been getting food from here for the last 4 years and it is consistently delicious. Portions are generous. We usually get the pad Thai, pad se ew (beef), green curry (chicken) or tom ka gai. The stir fry options are smaller and not as good I think.

My wife and I went to this restaurant on 2/2/18.The BEST pot stickers ever.Perfectly done and the sauce that went with them was very tasty. The fresh rolls were just that.Flavorful,with the freshest ingredients.We also ordered a pad thai with shrimp.Now here's were it gets interesting.The very attentive server asked us how hot would we like the dish bases on a 1 to 4 scale.My wife said three and seeing as how we were in a Thai restaurant known for the heat (spice) in their cooking I did not questioned her choice.Did I mention that it was her birthday!So whatever she wanted it was her day to have it her way.When the dish was served I helped myself to a perfectly cooked fat shrimp.So far so good until the HEAT kicked in,WOW.I know I'm a wimp but this was not as hot as it could have been.When my birthday girl tried some she to found it to be a bit much.Come to my wife's confession,she thought that she ordered a dish based on a scale from 1 to 10.Oops.When the server saw we were not eating the dish he asked if something was wrong and we told him no it was our mistake for ordering the dish too spicy for us.You know what he did?He talked to mama in the kitchen and before we left she prepared us pad thai with chicken to take with us, ON THE HOUSE!Who does that?Later when my wife and I got home and I ate some of the dish and it was like everything we had before ,wonderful.Thanks for a fine meal and above and beyond customer service and satisfaction.Please try this place for food and service for yourselves.You will be delighted.Just watch out for the heat.It comes in a scale of 1 to 4 NOT 1 to 10.We will be going back to try some more treats.Very satisfied customer.

Best Thai food in town in my opinion. We get and share a couple of dishes each time and are about halfway through trying the whole menu. I wish I had found this place sooner because I really love eating here and getting take-out.

Friendly staff. Thai spice for sure, play it safe and go one step more mild than you usually order. The coconut ice cream is delicious. Also, the coconut milk soup has SUCH a good flavor.

This is one of my favorite to go places for appetizers, curry, and thai desserts, and it helps that it's right nearby a bubble tea place. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and pleasant, and they know their regulars. The prices are reasonable.

The associates there were very friendly! Very cute little tea shop. They have board games to play with your friends while enjoying your tea. Many flavors to choose from. I highly recommend this place.
