Best place in Sacramento to correct a neutral golf grip to a strong one. I think my Buddy Thomas could see some serious improvement in his game by getting his pump on here. Best Gym by far hands down!

Best gym I’ve ever been too! Owners and trainers are the kindest, highly skilled, and passionate I’ve ever seen. Gym environment is unmatched with hard lifters and no negative egos. Incredibly safe family type atmosphere for all kinds of fitness enthusiasts. Love the contrast of the metal weights to the Olympic lifting room. Never thought I’d find all this in one place.

In my opinion, this gym is by far the best one I have ever visited. The two owners are amazing and show a genuine interest in their customers and maintaining their gym. The machines are always in working order, the facility is exceptionally clean, and the people are all pleasant. I've been a member for a few months now and have yet to experience any problems!

Been going here since 2016 and it truly is the best gym in the area. This place continues to improve and its been awesome getting to see it raise its own bar! Staff is friendly, facility is clean, and the equipment is always maintained.

Went to The Gym from 2019 - 2023. Sad that I'm moving and have to get a new gym. Great place, environment, friendly staff that constantly clean the equipment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice local gym.

This isn't a gym, it's a holy place for weightlifters.
Its a place where people come to work on their bodies as well as their self esteem, and it shows. Everyone in this gym, regardless of where they are, is hustling. There's no room and place for BS or Instagram vanity, just forwarding their physique.
Its no surprise the back wall is littered with weightlifting and competition bodybuilding trophies. Pretty reflective of those working out here.

This is the type of gym Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about in the bodybuilding encyclopedia as an ideal place for mental and physical fitness. The perfect gym atmosphere.

I've been lifting weights for 15+ years and for the $30-something I pay a month, it's a steal.
The owner is a former wrestler and he is nitpicky about a few rules, but not without good cause. I'd highly recommend putting this gym on your list if you care about being fit and go to the gym to do just that.

Great gym to go, super safe and secure! The owners always keep the gym clean and everyone who goes here are super respectful of each other and everyone is super focused on getting their workout done so as a beginner, I don't feel left out at all.

Excellent gym for lifting and athletes. No contracts and no dues when signing up which is amazing. Great equipment. Open spaces. Not crowded except during gym rush hours and still isn't that bad. Great place to get strong.

Very clean and old school gym. The owners constantly monitor and clean the place. The monthly fee is low, and there is no hassle to cancel. The equipment is well maintained. Parking is easy. The people here workout with a purpose. I never feel out of place asking for a spot.

I really like the feel of the gym because it reminds me of an old school Bodybuilding gym. This gym literally has equipment that most box gyms don't have and for the cost it is totally worth every penny. I will most definitely be bringing other serious lifters that I know to this gym.

Picked this as my first gym to start weight lifting, it’s a great gym mostly everyone is friendly. The owner cares about the gym members and keeping the equipment in working order.

Solid gym with a lot of power lifters and body builders. Friendly staff and gym goers who are serious about working out but are willing to assist if necessary. Come to workout though! No f**kin around :-)

Great private gym. Majority of clients are there to work out. Some people BS on their phones, but not like other big gym's.

Left Cal Family Fitness to join this gym and I'm so glad I did. Great price + super nice manager and trainers + great environment for anyone who wants to work out.

First time here with friends tonight, a good time. Everyone was following social distancing and brought their own towel. Everyone wearing masks. Positive experience, I'll be back
