Had Harlan reroof my house in 2020. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling and they came out and resealed the roof areas super quick. Would call them again for any roof related work.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Starting with Mike and his son who gave me all the information on products and cost and what to expect. The office staff, Brittney and Alice, who kept me informed and updated on times and events happening and what to do. Also, Frank,Kole and the gentlemen who installed the roof were all professional, personal, polite and extremely knowledgeable. One and all a pleasure to work with.
You won’t find a better or more reliable or honest company.

From the first first-contact to to the finished product, Harlan Quality Roofing was amazing! I contacted them to get an estimate and I met with James . He made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in his company. James took time to answer all of my questions and responded to multiple emails from me. Once the job was scheduled to start, they were extremely punctual , they worked extremely fast and the quality is amazing. I consulted with other roofing contractors and Harlan beat everybody with great pricing and a quality product. I couldn't believe that they were able to get my roof done in one and a half days. That is a complete roof removal and reinstall! James, Frank, and Marisa were all very easy to work with. The installers were a great team they were extremely polite and offer great customer service. I highly recommend this company if you need roof work to be completed.

We had Harlan Quality Roofing come out in July of 2022 to inspect part of our roof after we had another company install an addition to our home. We wanted to verify the installation was done properly and our roof was not damaged in any way. Cody and Brandon came out to perform the inspection and both were very professional. Luckily, the new install was fine but they did find a few pre-existing issues and pointed out that we did not have enough vents installed so we scheduled the new vent installations along with the roof repairs. Moises came out to perform the service only a week later and not only did he do an excellent job, he also fixed a few issues that he found while on the roof that were not part of the original work order, at no additional cost. Overall, they did an excellent job from start to finish. The process was pain free and I was kept updated by both Marisa and Brittney throughout by email and phone communications. I'm definitely going to call this company first before anyone else for any future roofing needs!

Great work at fair prices! The team at Harlan is really great at what they do and they go the extra mile when needed. When our roof required repair ahead of an upcoming storm, they brought extra guys out to the job to finish quickly and beat the storm. They did so while still honoring their original quote! I can not thank them enough for the peace of mind we had when the storm arrived! I wouldn't go/use anyone else!

My roof was damaged in the recent storms - tiles blew off in the strong winds overnight and rain got into the attic and wreaked havoc on the living room ceiling. I panicked and called Harlan Roofing, and they came out as soon as they were able to place some tarps over the problem areas. Within a very short period after that, they came out and replaced the roof entirely, taking just two days to finish the job. Inspections went smoothly, and the roof looks fabulous. The pricing was fair, and the office team was responsive and kind. In short, I recommend Harlan Roofing highly and would use their services again.

Three years ago I used Harlan roofing and was so pleased, I called again when a different part of my roof had a hole in it. Cody came out within a of days and inspected the roof thoroughly. A couple of days later I had a quote for way less than I thought, score!
I called and approved the quote and there was a crew out in a couple of days. Every single person I have worked with at Harlan is professional, willing to explain what they are doing and why, and are just so respectful. As a single, older woman, it is important to me to have contractors that won’t gouge me, or make up additional charges.

I met with James Harlan pre-COVID to discuss options for replacing my roof. James arrived with samples, straight-forward pricing, and an explanation of the process. With the uncertainty of COVID, I had to push off the roof replacement for a couple of years, and while James would occasionally check in from time to time, he was never pushy or aggressive, and I really take to that kind of professionalism. We did get additional bids, and Harlan's bid wasn't the highest or the lowest -- right in the middle. Even with the rising costs of materials, he was able to keep it as close as possible our original estimate.

After signing a contract to replace our roof in April 2022, Harlan Roofing did exactly what they said they'd do. Their workers arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The entire process took about 3 days from start to finish, including addressing lots of dry rot, which we expected. Their office staff was communicative and pleasant.

I also work for a property management company, and I deal with vendors every single day. Harlan Roofing is exactly the type of vendor I love to work with in my profession, and I can't recommend them enough to any client in need of a roof replacement.

We had some buckling on our roof and received a couple estimates for the repairs. Harlan was a bit higher than the other but the details for the repairs that needed to be done was more thorough and encompassing of the area in need. We went with Harlan. Our experience, start to completion of the job, was smooth... No surprises.
