Debit or Credit they charge you credit amount on all fuel...

I went to this 711 today to use their carwash. We needed to use the vacuum and my husband went inside to pay for it and the cashier told him she'll come out to to push the button but she didn't. I went inside to ask and she said she'll come out again, it took her more than 15 minutes and a third prompt for her to do it. Also we bought the car wash and it wasn't working but they didn't say anything. There were 2 cashiers at the time to do it so the service could have been better. They switch shifts and the guy who just come in check the car wash and reimburse us for the amount own. Is not a busy store so I would expect better service. The guy who started his shift tried better so I definitely give him that he tried to serve his customers better.

I can see why this place has such a low rating. Should be ZERO stars. Moved to the area in December and every time I go in (out of convenience), they're always rude, including dirty looks, and just miserable people. Don't bother asking them anything, just pay and get out. Better yet, just leave - they think everyone's stealing anyway.

From the manger to the Graveyard shift Horrible customer service. My friend who works there told me they have A "Roach" problem and every morning before they open at 5 they have to spray bug spray to kill them. Please do not eat here if you don't want food poisoning!

Post signs 2 for 4 and they wont honor it, dont shop at this location, dishonest.

I have been trying to reach the manager at this store to report about there employee and it seems like they don’t care. The other day I went there to purchase water and wanted to use the restroom and I know there is only one employee on a regular base he was in the restroom sleeping because I was knocking on the door and he started to scream the other person was his cousin and he was running the cash register and putting stuff away for him and his not a 7/11 employee. I am a regular customer and I know this place is full of crocks. I would like the manager to get in contact with me as his ignoring my calls.

My rewards are no good. It's never worth it to even cross the road because customer service is awful at this location and I'd rather pay HIGHER PRICES at Chevron then get mislead thinking a reward might be a small drink or 2 donuts..... It's almost non-existent!

If I could give zero I would. I wanted ten dollars cash back with my bag of chips and even though the card reader said "cash back up to $10" he still wouldn't let me and had attitude with me.

Slipped and fell on their floor told the employee I needed a paper towel to dry my arm with didn't even ask if I was okay and then bought two energy drinks that were two for 350 got charged almost 470 for the two wouldn't honor the two for 350

8 AM no coffee. Asked for $20 in gas they billed me for $40 check your receipts

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. DOORS LOCKED AND EMPLOYEE WAS JUST SITTING PLAYING ON HIS PHONE.

Beware, they charge tax on nontaxable items!
