Bel Air

Wonderful staff, clean store, and great products. I've just recently started shopping at this location and have been pleasantly surprised each time I go. Two standout employees, Eric and Mike, have both taken the time to answer questions and make me feel like I was more than just another customer. I truly appreciate the welcoming environment the employees create. The store has a very open layout upon entering, which is inviting and clean. Keep up the excellent customer service.

This is my favorite grocery store. Their are many grocery stores closer to my home but Gold river Bel-Air is the best. Everything is easy to find the employees are super helpful. If i can't find something they go on there phone to see if they have item. Clean, good food and coffee. I will continue visiting this store and i will definitely recommend to all my friends and my employees. Thank you.

First time at this location. Decided to drive out further than usual due to the expired goods that are left on shelves at the two closer locations to me. However, I now think I will just shop at this location at least for now. Danielle went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed she is only a cashier but made all the difference the deli was also so kind and sweet even though they were short staff wish I would have caught her name hopefully I will see the deli lady again. Thank you for making my shopping experience what it should be and has not been in 3+ years.

I've gone to this Bel Air market since it moved to Gold River from Fair Oaks over 20 years ago. While prices are higher, it's comparable and sometimes cheaper than Walmart, Safeway, or Smart & Final--I've price shopped comparisons. The are much nicer here than San Juan and Madison. I trust the freshness and quality of its produce and meat, often talking with its butchers about special cuts of meat and its seafood. Most clerks are friendly and helpful with an occasional insensitive or rude one, but I shrug that off. This is the busiest Bel Air in Sacramento. I frequent the deli and bakery because I know items are fresh and done well. I've used the pharmacy for over 20 years and although sometimes they can be rude, I shrug it off, they are efficient. No place is perfect, but this is the best market I've found for quality, freshness, and friendliness.

I LOVE this store. Everyone is so helpful and quick with assistance. Someone is always available if you have questions. We have been going here for 10+ years and they have watched our kids grow up. We love seeing our favorite checker Vicky, Victoria, Brenda, Jimmy and Diane. Vicky always has sticker for the kids and my kids look forward to seeing her. Jimmy and Gavin are always so funny and we live the question of the day. Doug is always so friendly and hard working. I have always said it feels like home there. Everyone goes above and beyond to give great service.

This is one of those neighborhood stores that's a rarity to find and why people are happy living in Gold River; very personable and extremely well trained staff with wonderful attitudes! Management is amazing always!! I don't live here but visit family who live here and I'm always amazed army shopping experience here. I wish I could.move this store to Colorado.

Always a pleasure to visit Bel Air. They usually are well stocked and have a very pleasant staff that had worked there a long time and are knowledgeable. Today Rita came and got us from our line over to the quick checkout line to get us on our way quicker. It was a great experience as always.

I had a great experience this morning when Brenda went above and beyond when she suggested an easier product to cook than she even went and switched the products out quickly. I look forward to seeing her friendly face again! Need more like her!!

This place is great! Its always clean and the people are nice. The deli always has fresh things. Somebody even make the sushi daily. It sounds strange but this is the only place around that has crunchy rolls and they are amazing. They will make them on the spot for you on most days.

I'm a fan of the chain. This one always looks good, has great selection and helpful staff. Has all those things you like at Whole foods without the attitude and amazingly better prices. Service with a smile doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. Check them out if you are close by.

I shop here regularly. The shopping carts are always in good condition and kept out of the parking lot. Sanitizer wipes are readily available to clean the handles. The store is clean and organized well. The employees are friendly and helpful. Healthy options are readily available.

Hi, so it’s not Whole Foods or Nugget but for sure it’s the neighborhood Gold River grocery store. Been coming here for 4years since I moved her. No complaints on the food quality and the employees are great. Talk to anyone about where something is or how best to use an ingredient and they will not leave you until they know that you are taken care of. Eric is the wine guy, Dianne is usually at the self checkout and gets you out of whatever you screwed up and Imelda will sing and make you happy. Ryan is one of the managers who always seems to be there. Tell them your name and they will remember you. Tell them I sent you and I hope they will smile.

U still give a 5 star to this store because there is good workers in there that are great, nice, and friendly. I wasn't happy today with the lady that helped me with getting me a sandwich! I wont name her but next time I go in and she's there I'll just leave and get something else.... I love to go and get a sandwich every day there!

We go out of or way a bit to shop here. The overall experience is better than the other local options. The prices are reasonable and meat shop is significantly better. Really seems like they have a better selection across brand types and the staff don't seem to be miserable unlike the other grocery stores near me.

I am a Gold River resident and go to the BelAir at GoldCentre in Gold River. Jimmy is there most of the time I go there and he is a very friendly & helpful person, always greets with a smile and ‘how are you doing’. All of the employees there are great and I have never had a bad experience there.

You have to go to the grocery store and sometimes it feels like it's all. the. time. After awhile, the checkers recognize you and you them and if you see your favs are working, you'll hit their line first. The problem with this Bel Air is that they're all my favs. Which is kinda nice because you don't have to avoid any lines because there's a bad one. They seem to get promoted and so new faces arrive but they end up being my favorite too. (Kudo's to whoever hires in Gold River btw). Jimmy and Doug are particularly awesome. We've had some excellent discussions in our brief interactions. Sometimes a throwback checker shows up and we'll hit their line to see what they've been up to. Love this place because of their people.
