I like this gym, cool vibe... the dumbbells stop at 100 lbs tho... So plan accordingly if need be... The built in locks on the lockers are pretty cool too

I have been a member of Cal Fit, now In-Shape, since 2002. I have worked out at several of the clubs and have always appreciated the cleanliness, ease of parking, good selection of classes, friendly staff, and excellent personal trainers.

I enjoy the friendly positive vibe at this club. There are a great variety of classes. It is clean and it’s obvious that staff take pride in the club.

Starting my membership here was best decision. The gym is clean, spacious, and so much equipment. Wish I checked it out sooner. I bring my mom who likes to work out and then chill in the steam room, and my toddler who has fun in the child care section and then I take her to the pool when I’m
done working out. It’s a fun family outing for us and feels good to keeping us all active and healthy. Locker rooms are always clean and plenty of space to put your items and get dressed. All of the staff have been kind and attentive. Thanks Calfit!

Great selection of free weights and machines. Good facilities overall.

Jamie teaches wonderful Aqua classes Mon and Wed. We really need at least 1 more lads a week. So good for orthopedic issues!!

I am loving my experience at this gym. Doug, the Manager, is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, great positive attitude/personality, and is for sure the reason for my new membership at Cal-Fit.

Very nice staff.

We were very excited to hear of a new gym opening so close to our home. While there were delays during the construction process, the end result was completely worth it. Having a new clean gym makes it so much easier to motivate yourself to work out. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, the facilities are sparkling clean. We are truly grateful for the added value to the neighborhood with this newest Cal Fit!

New facility. For COVID, they have an outside tent . The pool, where I spend all my time, is GREAT. It's outdoor, close to the locker rooms so you don't have to deal with cold temperatures in the winter, three lanes and a Jacuzzi off to the side. Reservations required for a lane, which seems to be working really well. Staff is awesome. Locker rooms are clean, well stocked. I'm glad I came over to Cal Fit. You couldn't pay me to go back to 24 Hour.

Great facility. A lot of great equipment and treadmills. I put in a request for a trap bar and in about two weeks they had one there! That was pretty awesome. Gym is clean and well maintained. Staff is really nice and the child day care staff are all really friendly. I cant wait for the pool to be finished. It's going to be pretty awesome during the summer! Keep up the great work.

Obviously this is a new place, so there is all new equipment. But the layout and vast amount of things you can do is awesome. They have 3 sections for child care: infants, toddlers and kids so no one gets trampled. Their locker rooms are impressive but for those of you that just want to drop your keys, they have a section of smaller lockers at the back in front of their group fitness rooms. And yes that’s plural, they have multiple group fitness rooms which is awesome. Overall, very excited to attend this gym.

Amazing and friendly staff plus spacious rooms to do workouts.

CFF is very family friendly and has a wonderful childcare area where I can drop my daughter off. The staff always recognize her and are happy to see her; I can tell she is in good hands. The facilities are great and I always feel like a get a good workout in. The Crossfit area in particular is great. My husband loves the BodyFit classes and sometimes takes our daughter to swim in the pool.

Love the community feeling the guests display. The large jacuzzi, graduated entry of the pool. Friendly staff.

I love how the gym is big, spacious and plenty of equipment to choose from. The gym is always clean. The staff is very friendly, and they make you feel welcomed. I can finally say I actually love going to the gym to workout.

The new Watt club is amazing!...wonderful new machines, incredibly spacious, and very friendly and helpful staff. Really want to try Body Fit here because they have a dedicated area for it. This Club was definitely worth the wait! My only small issue---wish it was kept a little cooler temperature

Club has a good amount and variety of machines, good amenities and is very clean.
