On Sunday I took my 87 year old Mom to the Emergency room because she was not feeling well. On the way to the Hospital she threw up on herself. There was not turning back. After she was admitted I drove back home to get her some clean clothes.
After I told the Security about the situation he said to give him a minute to look up her name. And then he told me he could not find her name in the Computer. I informed him that I dropped her off couple of hours ago or so and then he looked some further and said he found it and to leave the clothes with him and that he would give it to her.
On Tuesday when I went to pick her up she was still wearing the dress that she had vomited on. Horrible, just horrible.
When I inquired about her clothes the nurses said that they had not gotten any and were feeling badly about the situation and asked me if I wanted them to look for her clothes.
Driving on the way out I stopped by the Emergency to see if the clothes were there, they were not so I told the Security on duty about the situation and he just stood there staring at me and totally unresponsive.
It was a 104°outside so I went back to my car and drove back home. Horrible, just horrible treatment for a 87 year old woman.
I wouldn't step foot in this Hospital if my life depended on it.

I have COPD n I had no more nebulizer treatment capsules n I they only did an HR treatment
If I had to go back to hospital it wouldn't be Mercy San Juan
