Ray is an amazing sculptor. A very intellectual one too. Today, we focus on the arm. He explained the importance of the anterior, lateral, and posterior regions and we find areas where I need to improve on.

I love collaborating with Ray because he is very, VERY knowledgeable. He can breakdown your workouts into simple formats and he can explain things into science when necessary.

Our communication was amazing! When I have an injury, I say it. And the moment I say it, he immediately knows what to do and he shifts gears to work around it.

I even mentioned about my left knee ACL surgery and guess what? He helped me work around that too! My goal was to get back into shuffling (electronic music dance form) and he pinpointed the areas where I need to work on most in order for me to effectively get back into my goal.

He is such an amazing Trainer. The team is very welcoming and it feels like a second family.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ray and May. They were very understanding, caring and supportive during my weight loss journey. I lost weight after joining the lean out program. It was really helpful to gain confidence and building strength. I continued my training even during pregnancy time and the training definitely helped me a lot during pregnancy. My husband and I joined Pure Results this year to lose weight, get stronger, and get healthier. We completed the Lean Out program with the support of Ray, Santiago, and Sarah. Ray's Lean Out program is effective and changed our mindset about food. We are much more aware of what we are eating and our portion sizes. Together we lost a combined 62lbs in the 90 day program, and in the 6 weeks since, have continued to lose body fat.

This was our first experience with strength training, and we were very intimidated to start. It took us months to finally call Pure Results. It is a testament to the environment that Ray has built that we now look forward to our sessions and training is actually fun!

From the first session, Sarah and I just clicked. She is supportive and encouraging, and spends time teaching correct form. Since beginning my workouts, my energy has increased, I've gained more muscle and confidence! Sarah is passionate about helping others meet their goals.

Santiago strives to help you learn to do each exercise properly while helping you understand why you are doing them. He will make you work very hard but manages to make each session feel relaxed and fun.

Ray is a fantastic trainer with deep knowledge of his craft. I booked the 3 month Lean Out program with him and he was diligent in explaining all my nutrition and macro needs while ensuring I understood it all. In fact, he spent almost 4 hours with me (program covers only 2) just to explain everything in meticulous detail and cover all the modifications required for my individual health needs. He gave me twice the amount of time at no extra charge - he did it just because he cares.

I had never worked with a trainer before and it made all the difference working with a professional like Ray. He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions.

Another big advantage to book with PureResults is because Ray explains the reasoning behind each exercise and the reasoning behind the order we do it in because he cares about instilling that knowledge in his clients as well. I learned more about my body and how to take care of it working with Ray in this short time than I have in the last 10 years I’ve been trying to yo-yo diet and work out on my own.

The best gym training experience I have had. I got to workout with all of the trainers and each trainer had a unique style that made 3 months pass by very quickly! Everyone here has a great technical knowledge about the forms, muscles, and body mechanics. Ray and his team are also very passionate about supporting and motivating each client. The workouts and nutrition diet are customized to suit each person's body and mobility, which is usually ignored at other places I have trained at before. Santiago gave really great tips to improve mobility and achieve the best form for strength training.

I started my training with 214lb and finished at 191lb. I expected more loss in fat% but the significant change in the body shape was a great result as well. I lost more than 3in at waist and the bulkiness of the upper body, which also resulted in a better posture.

I am writing this review after experiencing 2 weeks of self training at an open gym. I miss the convenience of the best quality equipment, it's availability, the best guidance, and more importantly the best motivation. I would have continued 1-on-1 training at Pure Results if I was not moving to a different state.

I have been a client for 6 mos and am continuing on for at least another 3 mos. I have a milestone event coming up and after a year of inconsistent activity and eating poorly, I was looking for the help of a personal trainer. I went in for an introductory session with Ray and was hooked. I appreciate that Ray and his team take the time explain what you are doing and why. They take care to ensure you are doing the exercises properly and explain the progression of activities so you know how the exercises are building strength and getting you to your goals. I also appreciate that the trainers assess and identify the areas that need development so that you are getting the most out of the personal training. I have had the opportunity to work with all of the trainers (Ray, May, Sarah and Santiago) and my experience has been positive every step of the way. Each trainer is different and that variety makes my workouts interesting and challenging. The Pure Results team is amazing and I am so glad that I made the decision to work with this team. I have learned so much about training and nutrition...and this is knowledge I'll be able to use for the rest of my life. Its been a fun experience as well and I always look forward to each session!! I highly recommend Pure Results Fitness!

Better sleep! Stronger! More Confident! Oh, and I lost 28 pounds in 90 days without feeling hungry---mind blown!!! THANK YOU Pure Results Fitness Center team for the tools in the "lean out" program, the constant encouragement in training sessions, and the focus on technique and proper form. Learning about what to eat and when to eat it was a huge game changer in my health journey. Not going to lie, the first two weeks I went through some "withdrawals". Since then, cravings are nearly zero and food prep and healthy choices are on autopilot. Where do I begin! I came to Pure Results 10 months postpartum. I met with Ray and he was kind, attentive, and very caring towards explaining the program I chose, which was the Diamond Package (Lean Out + 12 Training Sessions). Ray sat with me for almost 3-hours and went in detail about the program. He as very detailed and he answered all my questions. He also provided tips and tailored the program to fit my needs given I was 10 months postpartum and nursing.

I got to train with Sarah, Santiago and Ray. The team is absolutely AMAZING! Sarah is very passionate and caring towards supporting you and was always very quick to respond when I reached out. Santiago encouraged me to push my limits while always making sure my form was correct. This team is fun and they truly make you feel comfortable. They genuinely want you to succeed!

I made HUGE progress. I was beyond impressed when I saw my results during my last weigh in. This is a 90-day program that will become a new lifestyle. You learn how to appreciate healthy foods such as lean meats, greens, and you will naturally start making healthier food decisions because your body will crave it! Truly the best experience I have had and I HIGHLY recommend coming to this hidden gem. You will not regret it and you will be so happy you chose to train with these three awesome coaches. I love Pure Results and all of the staff! Top-notch professionals that are very knowledgeable. I learned the tools and techniques to move forward on my fitness journey. My results: 36% body fat dropped to 20%. These results occurred over a 3-month period. You get out what you put in! If you aren’t consistent in all of the instructions you won’t get the best results. Do what Ray tells you to do and do it consistently and you will get your desired results. Pure Results is way different and better than LA Fitness and Orange Theory. (Those are others I’ve tried and haven’t received the care, attention, or the results). Worth it!!

Virtual Workout review: When we moved to Seattle a few years ago I needed to get back in shape after having 2 kids and I thought the lean out program would be perfect for me! Within weeks I could see muscle definition and my clothes fit looser. We ended up moving to New York and trying out trainers here but couldn't find a trainer that offered the same level of nutrition, guidance, and experience Ray offered at a reasonable price. Because of the pandemic I was able to start working out virtually with Ray! And was able to pick up where I left off. My husband did the bulk up program and he's gain roughly 30lbs of muscle in a couple of months! Ray's really good at explaining correct form and why we do the workouts we do which is crucial working out virtually. He knows what products and equipments work best and I can always trust that he'll give me honest feedback. I like to think he's my super fit uncle that wants me to eat right and be healthy! lol (he's not though) lol! I highly recommend Pure Results Fitness! I've worked out with the whole team and they're the real deal!

Excellent Experience !! I trained here for 4 months. I did one on one personal training and Lean out with Ray.

Pros: Highly personalized one on one Training with realistic results, safe if you have health issues, very personable staff, and trainers.
Cons: Bit pricey, You have to follow schedule, do not miss appointments or just show up (I did once but was accommodated well), Lean-out diet change was not easy for me.

My Background: When I started at Pure Results I was 190 lbs, 6'2", 36yrs; 24% body fat with no previous gym or vigorous physical activity. Lack of activity, work, lifestyle lead to chronic back lower issues. I previously had seen a physician, physical therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist. Though all of them helped, I needed a more active lifestyle to sustain long-term relief from my lower back pain. I wanted more active lifestyle but still wanted to be safe with my back. My research lead me to Pure Results. I feel that decision has changed my life and my health all in a good way. I lost 15 lbs, reached 14% body fat, train 5 to 6 days a week, including 6 days of cardio 30 min of static bike or 15min running at 5.5mph; and able to bench press by body weight+.

My Experience: I worked out for 4 months, three sessions a week, each session about 50-60min. I worked with three trainers. I feel the variation of the trainer was good for me. They have different training styles which kept things interesting. All of them are very good in their own ways. I would recommend training with all of them to get the best out the gym. Apart from work-out, we talked about diets, my long term goals and of course safety with my back issues. Lean-out with Ray was good. Changing diet was harder than work out. Scheduling is important since you are training one on one. Occasionally if I got late though I finished my workouts, I had to rush through it. At any time there was just one or two trainees and their trainers. All pieces of equipment are available and workouts are a breeze, no waiting.

Conclusion: I plan to sustain what I started with the gym till I hit 10% body fat and do plan to go back at some point to start a bulk-up plan. I highly recommend Ray and his team if you need highly personalized training. There is a lot of info out there that may or may not be good but if you need results, trust Pure Results.

As a person struggling with PCOS, I thought it would never be possible to lose weight - I thought wrong! Not only did I jump start my weight loss & better my nutrition, but I also gained a new family with all the trainers (Ray, May, Sarah and Santiago). They all have different styles that your body will never be stagnant and keep working! The lean out program truly works & would highly recommend for anyone who has been hesitant with working with a personal trainer :)

The team at Pure Results is the best in the area for personal fitness training. I found them to be knowledgeable about body mechanics, and they corrected me on at least half a dozen exercises that I thought I knew how to do.  They also provide solid advice about nutrition and motivation for those looking to lose weight or gain mass. I would recommend this gym to those who are looking to get in shape and need the extra help and accountability.

I did the 3 month lean out program with an extra 1 month maintenance program for definition with Ray and saw more results in that time than I did in over a year of training on my own. The combination of the nutritional instruction as well as the fitness guidance did wonders. I feel stronger than ever. I notice higher energy levels and have a good foundation to keep improving.

I was really nervous about approaching a personal trainer. I have spent the majority of my life overweight and, while I know thru my career about the importance of exercise, doing it was another matter. I found a program (Lean-Out)that helped me shed a significant amount of weight and earlier this year acknowledged exercise was going to HAVE to be a bigger part of my life. “PureResults” dealt with my out of shape and so young body extremely well! @RayJohnHecita and
@Sarah Troske knows when to be nice and when to kick butt/ legsback/arms/thighs/legs and also You KNOW you exercised but are not overstrained! If you're just starting out or are looking to push yourself @RayJohnHecita will guide you every step of the way and Deals appropriately with how diet affects exercise program perfectly. If you are afraid to face a trainer all I can tell you is he never makes you feel like you can't or shouldn't be there and takes who you are and makes you better!
In TRX training you will get the chance to engage the inactive part too. Now that sounds cool! Right?Yes !!!
