The store manager Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful when looking for new games! He took the time to explain different games and help me find the game that would fit my type of gameplay! I would recommend anyone to this location! I will be back here for sure!

Kyle (the manager) and the staff are amazing. I went in today to inquire about a game that this store had which my home store didn’t and got great customer service and solid advice for the game as well. I see some previous reviews about the past management at this store being bad which is unfortunate but it’s clear that Kyle the new manager is turning things around for this place. I don’t write reviews often but when it’s deserved, it needs a shout out. Thank you Kyle and team for making a great customer experience today and now going to make this my home store.

Awesome shop and customer service! I stopped by a few days ago and Alex was super knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me and help pick out great new game. The store is also clean and well organized— highly recommend!

This is my Favorite Gamestop of All Time. Black Ops 2 Midnight Release and traded in my 2017 Neon Switch.

Shout out to Alex at this GameStop for answering our one million questions and handling our console trade ins. Normally a struggle but instead we were chatting about cool games while he did his computer wizardry. Glad to have friendly employees at our local GameStop!!

Great customer service. I don't recall the gentleman that worked with me, but I can update this review when I find the receipt. I came in wanting to trade in a copy of Super Mario 3D All Stars for Switch towards a copy of Pokemon Sword yesterday. I am aware that Gamestop drives trades in their stores, and in spite of this, the dude I worked with informed me that the game has become a collectors item at this point, and advised I hold on to it because collectors will want it and value will increase over time. I happily paid for my pre-owned copy of Sword without trade, and will definitely be visiting this location for any future game purchases or trade ins because of the honesty and integrity this employee had towards me as a customer. I highly recommend this location if you don't want to feel scammed by the company, and know that you are getting the best possible service that GameStop can offer.

I needed help with canceling a preorder but online only gave me a gift card option. I came into this store and was immediately greeted and helped by Alex. He even took the time to call instead of throwing me a phone number and telling me to do it myself. Great customer service from Alex

Great experience all around. Very busy for a holiday but went extremely well. The employee Dallas was very helpful and went above and beyond for me the customer you could say.

Ian (store manager) and his team are amazing. Always willing to go that extra mile to help their customers. I recently came in looking for a new controller and found out that the broken one that I was replacing could still be taken in for credit towards a new one! Had no idea that they took in broken items! They made a forever customer out of me.

Dallas was very knowledgeable about the gaming industry and gamestops promotions. Definitely recommend this store the most the reps are just better and make an effort to get you a case with the game cover label

Would've been better if they still had the huge selection of Pokemon cards and all the trading card extras they had, as well! But, they don't!

The stores always very organized and clean of garbage, inside. Only thing thats wild is their cart system! OUT OF CONTROL!! :p

However, yes, I'd recommend this walmart to anyone!

GameStop was great . 2 cool dudes helped me out and they knew a lot about starwars and games. I went to buy 3 game and ended up buying 6 instead. Also they did not try to throw their power rewards bs like every other gamestop does . will return again

I was looking for a hard copy of SSB3DS for over a week. Checked several different stores and companies but nothing turned up. Decided to call in a different GameStop building for a change and I got James on the phone. The guy not only looked through all the files to help me out but went even further than he'd need to and checked all the stores in the area for new and used copies. He found a copy in another store and not only pointed me in that direction but also personally called up that building and had them reserve it until I got there. Really nice to see employees try their best to help out customers, even if they're never going to see them. Definitely makes for awesome customer service.

I walked in on a return and the guy saw me and immediately apologized and instead of a used remote he gave me a brand new one so that was awesome there chill as usual and it made me want to buy more stuff lol.

Since this is the closest GameStop near me. I would always go to this store. I absolutely love it. The service is just amazing. The worker's are really kind and are willing to help on suggesting a game and etc. They have many games,accessories and consoles for select.

The new Gamestop is awesome. I really appreciated seeing an employee helping a customer in another language. Please keep doing this.
