It is an excellent store with prices that match the online sales. The advantage is that you can try all the shoes. They also have some older models for deeper discounts but in limited quantities.

The customer service is excellent. Alexa was patient, kind and helpful. On another visit, Adrian helped me. He was personable, patient and knowledgeable. Also, Kat is the best!

Started working out and realized my old shoes were a size too small! My trainer recommended this place and he wasn’t wrong! Was treated with friendly service and they watched me walk to make sure they got the right shoe for me. The lady who worked with me was really helpful and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Shoes cost around $80 which was expected.

Great place! The Sales associate watched how I walked to picked out the perfect shoe and I didn't have to sit and try every shoe there. I can't wait to go back and buy my next pair!

A co-worker recommended the Brooks Outlet for great selection and service. This store did not let me down. I was looking for footwear in particular, because I'm on my feet for work about 80% of the time. Ask for Megan. She analyzed my gait and was able to make a determination on the type of footwear I require. She was awesome; patient, professional, and super kind. The staff here are amazing! So very patient and helpful. They helped me find the perfect fit and shoe, even though my preferred color isn't in stock. They advised me to order them online and I did. I will definitely be back!

As is true with any outlet store selection and sizes are limited. But what they do have is good prices and a high quality product. They are just about the only shoes my wife has found that fit comfortably.

Staff is always helpful in figuring out your walk/run style and recommending the perfect shoe for your feet. Knowledgeable on every shoe they recommend and are not pushy or try to make a sale. I will keep buying from here and recommending this place to others.

Legit 5 stars. Even with covid protocols, fast friendly accurate help and support. Got me what I needed, let me try the right types of shoes for what I was looking for and I ended up selling myself because they were the best for me. Definitely will shop here again. Bought 2 shoes and happy with the staff (Meghan) She stayed and guided us and showed us what my kid may need for his weekly 5k parkrun and also school track may need.
Added the 15%off for people who are on track and fields so that's added bonus. I asked tons of question to be 100% sure we are getting the right shoe and value.

My gf has knee pain when she runs, so we have been looking for some new running shoes for her. We went to the Brooks store here in Bothell, and they were the most helpful anybody has been in our search for shoes. Max, one of the employees, went above and beyond in figuring out her foot type and letting us try the different models and explaining all the differences. This has been an excellent experience! I would give 10/5 stars if I could!

Had a wonderful shopping experience today. They have two roomy, clean fitting rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of XL inventory and an expansive, diverse bra selection. Lots of staff on hand to help, all very friendly and enthusiastic, not pushy or intrusive. There is a Woods coffee nearby, too. Will definitely come again.

I LOVE this place!! I can usually find my size, which is anything but ordinary, and get some great, and very comfortable, shoes for my trouble. Always great deals, very helpful staff, and great selection. I usually go with my daughter, who loves the shoes she gets for protecting her nurse feet at work.

Great shoes at a very low price!

My wife and I were looking for some nice walking shoes. Our neighbor told us about this store so we thought we would check it out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by someone. He had us do a quick walking test he brought a couple of different choices, he answered all our questions, he made some great suggestions, and went way above and beyond. Jake and Cole were the the individuals that assisted us. Honesty the whole thing was a great experience. We will definitely be back. Great Job guys and thank you!!

Nothing better than outlet prices on running shoes and gear. Limited stock and sizing on clothing but tonnns of shoe stock in all sizes, they even have wide versions. I didn’t even know they made a wide version of the Launch. Great prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend stopping in.
