Recovery DME

These guys were GREAT!! I am having some knee issues and my doctor suggested a brace for activities to just give some extra support. I was sent to Recovery and they were great every step of the way. Helped fit it to me perfectly and explained how to take it on and off (some of these things are complicated!). All in all a great experience!

Don’t waste your time with this place !
I really wonder if this place is legitimen or fraud ? I was approved for Medical Scooter 3 months ago , and to this day I haven’t had any response at all ! I call every single day and the answering service picks up 24/7.they ask you for your info. and promised someone will call you right away , which is a lie!
No one returns your calls at all!
I don’t understand why any Dr would use this place as a provider for our medical needs!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The doctor placed an order 2.5 months ago for some equipment for my wife. No response. Repeated phone calls to the 800 number, results in an answer machine, messages left. No response. Useless to us.

No one called after an approval. No one answers the phone. No one calls back

Sent unauthorized medical equipment, turned them over to medicare fraud.
