I've been coming here for a minute now and every time the housekeeping staff have been amazing they are always willing to make sure you have what you need to make your stay comfortable the main house keeper Amy she made me feel like I was home.. the guest are always fun and willing to help out its a community at this hotel ..the staff at the check-in counter there awesome also Maria, Kamhal I believe his name is nit sure in the spelling and the gentleman who works kate at night hes been here about 18 years.. they have gone out of there way to make sure everything was ready and to my liking before I got here and I had to extend my stay she not only took care if akk the paperwork but she also kept me away from the stress of moving everything again the staff here are unlike any other place the owners get to know the guest I've had many conversations with the owner Victor and his family.. and ket me add im nit the easiest guest here so...respect is due ...

The owner that works in the mornings here has always been super friendly and accommodating. And the female that works in the evenings she's just as friendly and inviting. I really like this hotel they've been working hard on cleaning up all the riff Raff and questionable characters! I just wish they had coffee and breakfast here that would make my experience over the top!

It's a cheap motel, you get what you pay for. It's just a room, a bathroom and shower. Don't complain when you're only paying $100. If you're complaining about pillows and blankets just go down to Walmart and buy some. They price matched the online listing and made it a breeze to get a room on the spot. For that they get 5 stars on me.

This hotel was affordably priced and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the provided a simple breakfast which was just fine for us, and when we hit the pool at 8am the water was surprisingly WARM, which was awesome for a cool morning swim. The only negatives were that the hot tub was under repair, the shower curtain had a little mold at the bottom, and the beds could not be pushed together. Otherwise we were very very pleased

Keep in mind this is a five star review for a low cost hotel. The whole complex is SO clean and nice. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Our room was spotless with very comfy bedding. We had a complex booking situation, and the clerks handled it with ease. I have stayed at some more expensive hotels that were nowhere near as nice as this place.

4.5 rounded up. This was a VERY nice hotel, especially for the price. Great staff! We were pleasantly surprised. Very pretty and clean rooms. Nice pool. My only complaint is the free breakfast was super basic, just cereal and toast. No fruit, yogurt, eggs or protein of any kind. On the other hand, the all day coffee and tea was a nice touch. Def recommend if you need to spend a night in Spokane.

This is not a five star hotel but their attitude is to make your stay as planned as pleasant as possible the amenities are minor but so is the price this is a great value and if you're a trucker it's the only place to stay these guys are awesome I stayed here 6 days and to me a five-star hotel means getting what you expect for the money. You want chocolates on the pillow? Than why look for an inexpensive place to stay. Room was clean. Not new. But clean and a good value.

This place is funny they rent to normal people and those on drugs without a second look. Those with money get to rent from one building while those on drugs get to stay on the other side in the other building. The side with money gets the nice rooms with room service while those on drugs get the rooms that are falling apart. Hilarious

This is now my favorite hotel in Spokane. It's cheap, clean, the staff is well trained and extremely friendly. They let you check in early and the room is so nice. There are couches to relax in outside of the room and honestly it's just a nice home away from home.

Look, this is a budget hotel. The breakfast sucks. The hallways smell like covered up smoke. The rooms could use updating. But all that said, the water is hot, the TV is nice, the bed clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the price is right. I will stay here again. I don't need the Ritz, and this place delivers.

We stayed at the Spokane location on E. Broadway. The cutest room I've ever seen, and also the cleanest. The staff was very friendly, and personable. They even offered a decent continental breakfast for a being a budget hotel. I was impressed with everything about this experience. I will definitely return.

I was just a delivery boy delivering some pizzaa but when i was there trying to get to a room the employee there was very courteous in helping me find the room and even gave me a key to get inside the building. The key was only for entrances so he wasn't breaking any rules. Everything looked clean to me and the said employee was also trying his best to find rooms for people even though every hotel was booked. So to me it looked like a clean hotel with great service and you can't beat that.

For the price it was awesome! Great place to bring your family because it has free WiFi and breakfast! No eggs or bacon but Fruit Loops! My mom liked the toasted bagels and cream cheese along with the coffee. It has new locks and surveillance around both buildings. They have a heated pool and spa for the summers (not winters though, City code.) I really liked the people they made us feel safe and welcome! We drove from Des Moines, WA for my girlfriend's son's birthday and stayed here Saturday, June 11, 2016. Mr. & Mrs. Terry Gosal who are of Indian origin manage the place. After telling them where I originally come from, they held us with great respect. I had reserved a King bedroom online which was a decent room but my girlfriend, a very proud woman; asked for an upgrade. They gave us a very lovely suite and treated her like a queen, giving her everything she asked for. Sorry for taking so long to give them a review for their goodness! I've been looking for an opportunity to return again.

I have stayed at the Roadway Inn for 3 of the last 4 years with my Tennis Team. The Staff is amazing: Terry, Raj, Mike & Zach take very good care of my players. ( we borrowed a Dolly for Equipment and they gave me a dozen butters for our Bagels.) The Outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot tub are well maintained and it had privacy. Breakfast is a simple Continental style, with unlimited Coffee !! The Rooms in the New building are clean and well maintained. The AC was perfect in my room. This is near a Truck stop ( Flying J) but I did not notice any noise as I slept. The Bed I had was firm and I had a restful sleep. The Wi-fi is solid and I did have a 30 In flat screen with remote. It had Tennis Channel, the Mariners and ESPN !! The Rate is very reasonable, the Roadway Inn is not fancy/smancy but very functional. The Location is close to the Freeways for access. It has the Best Sandwich Shop in the City, Smacky's next door, and the Flying J 24 hr Gas Station/Diner across the street. For Street food try Mama's Thai Restaurant 2 blocks away. The entire team even got a cold Milkshake at Zips for the ride back to Seattle. I and my Team will be staying here again next year.

I actually liked it there. I had my son w me. We felt comfortable and safe. Plus the breakfast was an actual Continental breakfast and not just using that name

Room 251 is the ultimate couples suite. Huge room, bed resembles a river raft, California king, I room spa! Great reconnect, like a honeymoon all over again. Reasonable rate too!

Great for the price! Building is older but the rooms are well maintained, there are lots of flowers around the building and you can tell management takes pride in their hotel.

Omgoodness fun fun themed rooms!! When I first pulled up I thought... here we go... but was so surprised when i opend the door to rm 267 frist this I saw was a donkey painted on the wall behind a real white picket fence with a hay stack sitting next to the entertainment cabnit 😂... Gaint grandma country bed . And more paintings and nic nacks. All farm house theme. Unexpected strange and so cool at the same time.. RM 267 and 251 are hotub suites with theme decorated rooms ..MUST See and the most comfortable bed yet .. most definitely will be back but next time I'll review rm 251!!! Pool breakfast and friendly service!!!

It's a bit of an older building, But very clean and very well maintained. Nice staff, comfy beds, strong WiFi signal, And free breakfast. A great place to stop for the night
