Santee Lake rv Resort

Camped for our first time there in July 2023 and can’t wait to go back! Park is nice and clean. Spots are well shaded and easy to get in and out of. We stayed by lake 6. So we got to take the kids fishing every day and always caught something. Lakes were clean, camp ground was clean and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend. No issues with the hook ups for our trailer either.

I have been fishing the lakes since 1970, camping as an adult since 1987. There are so many wonderful family memories. We try to carry on at least 4 times a year.

Best RV campsite in San Diego for family spend weekends. More affordable and much better than those occean campsites. There are plenty of sites here. There are 7 lakes, ducks around everywhere, water playground, several playgrounds, boats rental… Riding bike will be a good choice.
Fin Fish restaurant provide delicious food.

We take our RV for week long trips. Great place, good fishing, great for grandkids. Lots of playgrounds for kids.

Great RV park, has everything you would want for camping.

This is a clean, family-friendly place with a great playground and swimming pool. We really enjoyed our visit here. There are paddle boats to rent by the hour ( or 30 minutes ) areas for fishing, pic-nic-ing, as well as areas for outdoor games and activities.

This place is so awesome! We will definitely be returning soon. They had just stocked the lake with catfish and many people were catching many good sized fish. Good times.

Beautiful grounds....the creek and green trees ...so well cared for. We were able to bike ride around the entire camp grounds.

If you like camping and are always searching for new camp grounds to go to like us, you have to try Santee Lakes! Great camping, tons to do around town and the lakes are beautiful! We've been up and down the western coast and Santee is one of the best!

Lots of things to do and see here they have a walking path around the whole place also very big lake you can go fishing lots of ducks and geese and you can bring your motor home also has a pool and playground. There is a restaurant tin fish there also very good and restrooms all over

Been there many times. It's just a real fun place to hang out/camp/go fishing/ bike riding etc etc. They now have a seafood restaurant next to the general stpre!!

Great camping spots, clean and well maintenanced. Some areas have a nice stream going by. Pool and lots of parks. We will definitely be returning and recommend to others! Fire pits allowed but need to bring your own. All have picnic tables. Only bummer is their restaurant is closed for construction

A beautiful Park, nice bathrooms, playground, RV storage, lakes, fishing, bird watching. Roomy sites.

Very clean, camping spaces have plenty of spaces between them

Good time, second time here and directions were better this time around. Relaxing time fishing and new building is nice, restaurant is a bit in the pricey side but had a variety. If it was less expensive we would have had eaten more.

Love this place. It's quiet, and clean. I take my grandkids there often. Walking and bird watching is the best.

This is a lovely back-to-nature preserve in the middle of a metro area. There is lots of room to walk and see birds and other wildlife. The new restaurant was a wonderful place for breakfast, and the food was freshly made and really good. The only drawback is that the cell service is terrible, but it's a good opportunity to unplug.

Camp here it's amazing, great spots to camp, try Angry Pete's Pizza and get a delicious beer too

Great, fun, family camping area. A little toasty in the summer but great pool. Fishing and paddle boating too.

22/08 Very peaceful. Beautiful park (surrounding reclamation water lakes). Full amenities. We are testing our trailer -- before going on a month+ trip. Lots of stores close by to acquire needed items for the long trip.
