DDS Rescue

Awesome service. I use them to back-up my dental office systems . Seems to be well thought out with both on and off site back-ups. Backs up throughout day so you don't lose anything if things go wrong. When I had an issue they were actually able to keep me running without any downtime by connecting me to one of their remote servers until my server could be dealt with. (It's the best of both worlds, I have the safety/flexibility of cloud based, but since I usually work off my local server, an internet outage doesn't affect me). Customer service is great and proactive. They monitor and let us know about any back-up issues. When I had my issue, I dealt with Kai. He is very skilled, thorough and went above and beyond including a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. We priced a few services when I signed on, and they were also the least expensive. I have had the service for about three years, so far all Pros, no Cons.

Well, never a good moment when a server goes down, but today was our day! Chase at DDS Rescue had us up and running in 24 minutes! Their pitch was true and he saved the day today... even though we were so stressed! Today proved their product and team is worth the $$$!
