Rancho Dental Practice

I've been to Dr. Arranz for a few years now and am always impressed by her and her staff. I've recommended her to my sisters and they love her too. Nothing pretentious about her office, and she too is very down to earth and friendly. I just had a crown put on and it is perfect! She made sure of that, and again, I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great dentist.

Been a client for a few years now. Thorough, friendly and gentle approach to your teeth. My favorite dentist hands down. They always go the extra mile and give great tips on care for your teeth.

It's very hard to find a dental practice like this today because of how the educational/debt system is set up for our doctors in training. Often times, Dentists are forced to focus on a business model rather than quality patient care.

Fortunately, this practice isn't like that. They are all about getting my family and I the best care that they can provide. They are friendly, efficient, good at what they do, and provide affordable care. This practice is a true hidden gem and I'm so thankful to have found them!

A wonderful experience every time. The entire staff is super welcoming and friendly. Dr. Elvira is extremely caring and very professional. My husband and I love getting our dental needs done here. We would recommend Dr. Elvira to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I still love Dr. Arranz. It is a pleasure to go to the dentist! She is always thorough, meticulous and hums while she works. Her staff are friendly and helpful. Her prices are reasonable and she doesn't push you to have procedures until they actually need to be done. I appreciate having such a great dentist.

We love Rancho Dental Practice. My husband originally started going there, then he referred me, now our 11 month old had his first dentist visit yesterday. DR Arranz is the sweetest and we always have a great experience. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. We always refer them to our friends.

All staff in Rancho Dental Practice are professional, caring, and trustworthy. They provide excellent dental care and customer services. Dr. Arranz is very experienced, compassionate, providing thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment. Angie and all hygienists whom I have met are friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented. The office staff is also exceptional, e.g. before implementing a treatment plan, they contact insurance first to clarify how much insurance will cover and communicate with patient in details regarding out of pocket costs for each procedure, so no surprises. Thank you, Dr. Arranz and staff for your excellent work!

Yesterday, I was only scheduled for a routine cleaning, but I had a filling that came off on Sunday, so I called them to let them know the day before.

Dr. Arranz was super busy, but still spent the time to do my cleaning and fix my filling.

I've been coming to this Dentist office for many years, and they always treat me with respect and care, and they are always very professional.

Staffs are awesome, from the dentist to the staffs. They’re welcoming and friendly. The hygienist I had for the first time did a great job! Dr Arranz is very caring and thorough. I always feel like I am in good hands. Great place to take care of your teeth. I have been coming here for awhile now, but I wish I went to them sooner. Highly recommended. Thank you everyone!

Every person that works there is amazing. I always had not so good experiences at the dentist; but after my first visit, Dr. Arranz changed all of that. The hygienist (young mother, I forgot her name) was so kind and gentle. I finally found my place! Thank you so much!

Top notch service since I started being seen here this year including crown work and regular cleanings. A sizable piece of a molar broke off last weekend and the first day the office was open they brought me right in and repaired the tooth perfectly with little cost. I won't be looking for another dentist in the foreseeable future.

Excellent service! I was attended by Angie for the first time, and she couldn't have been nicer or more effective - so much so that I will arrange my future visits for the days she is working.

From the very moment I reached out to the office of Rancho Dental Practice, I have been impressed. Super friendly front desk team; helpful & efficient Candy doing my xrays; thorough deep cleaning by Christina and a super impressive Dr. Elvira Arranz! I love the way the Dr. Elvira examined each xray even before looking in my mouth, identifying every kind of dental work I have had in the past.

When I left the office, I immediately called my friend who asked me to let her know how it went. I gave such a detailed, glowing account, she is booking her appointment next!

I absolutely love Elvira and her team! Talk about a friendly staff. Upon entry, I was greeted by the receptionist with the biggest smile. My wait in the lobby was all of 5 minutes. The level of customer service was impeccable. Not only was my office visit under 45 min, the bill was as well! My entire family now a part of RDP and we will continue to go here for all of our dental needs. I would recommend RDP to anyone in the Oceanside or Vista Area.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Was able to be seen the same day I called with a tooth problem. I was in a chair soon after arrival. I got xrays and a cleaning, which went without a hitch. The technician was professional, polite and pleasant. She also checked my comfort level constantly. Dr. Arrantz determined the tooth could not be saved and provided a referral. I would highly recommend Rancho Dental as I have been a patient for many years.
