I was very concerned regarding the condition of my computer and the virus that got into it. Levi Nash is a good salesman, knowledgeable and very professional. Took care of the problem with in a day. I thought the price was somewhat high but didnt have much choice. Overall he did a great job and I would recommend him.

Upgraded Hardrive and Ram!!! Almost got rid of computer and decided to upgraded ro SSD hardrive and add 32gb of ram. Laptops Plus was not only professional but prompt in their responses. My computer is a $600.00 computer operating at a $2500.00 level now, all thanks to Laptops Plus Carlsbad.

Went it because I was having issues with my new motherboard and they were nice enough to take a quick look at it and see if i did anything wrong for free. Really friendly and informative, highly recommend stopping by.

Tech 2 u has been my tech support for more than 5 years. They supported my older laptop and assisted me to find the replacement laptop this year. All the tech guys are very professional and knowledgeable and their services are reasonable in cost. They have offices in San Diego, La Mesa, Santee, Carlsbad. I am hoping they will open one in Temecula. They are honest, serve with integrity and take care of customers.

Top notch! Levi took care of my laptop break down in the most efficient and least expensive way. He listed all my options and the pros and cons of each so that I could make the best decision for my situation. In addition, he sent off my hard drive to a very reputable company and yahoo they were able to recover all my data for less than what I expected. Awesome! Strictly awesome! My computer is running great. Nicholas did a heck of a job replaced my hard drive with a solid state one! My laptop is old but he replaced the drive and then cleaned my outside so it looks like a brand new computer! Love that customer service. I got your monthly cleanup service and look forward to continued business.

I called other shops locally and they wanted to charge me $30 inspection fee just to have them look at my computer for a second. I didn't experience that with laptops Plus in Carlsbad. They spent about 20 minutes with me and I found out that my power cord went bad. They were pleasant and informative. They've definitely earned my business in the future.

Levi at Laptops Plus in Carlsbad went beyond the call of duty to salvage the collapse of my computer hard drive during Christmas week. He constantly gave me updates and eventually manage to clone all of my data on a new operating system. He really worked miracles and I was truly grateful for the service I received. I’m especially glad I have a service contract with tech 2U since they are always so helpful whenever I needed them remotely.

The Carlsbad team is very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled! Especially Nick, he called to give me updates as he went through the diagnostic process with my surface. He gave me all of the options available to me and tried to do it the most cost effective way. Great job and I will continue to go back for all my tech servicing needs.

Robert at Tech2U did a fantastic job installing a new 1TB solid-state drive (SSD), cloning my slowly failing hard drive to the new SSD, and upgrading my Dell desktop from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. My computer works great with all my files and programs intact and available. Very pleased.
