Went here for an xray. The staff at the radiology from the checkin all the way to the technicians were so great. I needed that care and kindness after a tough day and they were perfect. I was in and out in may be 10 minutes. Thanks again for the great service and attitude. Something thats hard to come across these days. You guys rock!!

I went there for gender affirming vaginaplasty and I got to say the experience was magnificent the nurse that did my Covid test was super nice and very helpful the nurses in my recovery area we’re all fantastic kind understanding Dr. Bowers was fantastic everybody was the food is amazing I loved it I really wish I could eat there every day and they were on top of everything like systems on top of systems to ensure that everything was do it being done properly and that there was no mixup or misunderstandings I couldn’t recommend a hospital more than this one. And again a shout out to disglorify the nurses that I had I think it was on the fourth floor but I don’t really know I think it was 4425 with my room number whatever that area is those nurses were amazing And surpassed all expectations

On Oct.4, I had a routine CT scan in the Radiology Department, 2nd floor. Technicians there happened to notice that I had a bandage on my hand. When they asked about it, I told them it was for a bee sting. They immediately went to work, without my even asking, to put on a much better bandage with extra padding for comfort. I think that bandage did actually help to cure the bee sting faster, and I was so proud of it! I don't know of any other hospital which has such caring personnel, with so much medical expertise. Thank you!

When I started Occupational/Physical Therapy fter a stroke with Laurie/Adelita a few years ago, could barely walk/move my left side. Laurie(OT) made a custom left hand splint to straighten out my weakened left fingers. Recently Adelita(PT) prescribed an Align clinic left foot AFO;it is comfortable and I can walk comfortably with it. Now have hope I will walk normally again!! Thanks so much Adelita/Laurie/Brian(PT)/Mills!!
Also
The service from PT/OT waiting oroom is outstanding. They always make 2 printouts of my schedule so I don’t forget my future appointments(bad memory)!

Everything was fine/average besides one of the front desk workers at the radiology center who was entirely unhelpful/inefficient.

I went here for a chest x-ray which needed 2 pictures. I was probably in & out (of the facility) in 15 minutes. To be fair the tech was kind & patient. I received a bill for $600 which is ridiculously high. The insurance paid $150 and now I am stuck with paying $450. I called other radiology services in the area and was given a price of $75-$125 for 4 pictures. So out of pocket, I would probably $40.
Before you go here for non-emergency lab, radiology, etc, I would recommend you shop around. This feels like a complete rip off.

All I can really say at this point is that I'm disgusted on staff mannerisms towards its patients. Most of my complaints will be specified to the heads of this hospital. If nothing improves then I'd stay away from here.

I called this hospital, and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY callous. He was very rude and either refused to answer my questions or did so with a very mean tone. All of them were well intentioned but were greeted with derision and disrespect. For a healthcare employee, he showed an alarming lack of compassion for my circumstances. Horrible experience. It’s crazy that these people are allowed to work in healthcare. I would give this man 0 stars if it was an option.

The person called Nancy is so rude on the phone that my wife and I decided to go somewhere else. It is amazing someone would allow to have an employee that bad.

I had my mastectomy done this past year at mills and because I am a type I diabetic on an insulin pump, my surgeon suggested I stay overnight to be monitored. My endocrinologist had even spoken to mills endocrinologist in advance to plan how they were going to manage my blood sugars post surgery. However I never saw the endocrinologist and she never communicated with the nurses who were caring for me. I had very high blood sugars post surgery that were not managed and the iv had dextrose which they were supposed to stop if my sugars were high. Nurses had never seen an insulin pump either! I thought I was in a third world country given the low quality of care I received post surgery.
