I called ahead to see if there was availability for a walk in appointment on a Tuesday late morning, and they put my name down. Was able to jump right in when I arrived. I went for the full pedicure, which includes and nice long massage and the best smelling peppermint lotion! Was so incredibly relaxing while in the massage chair. Everyone was very welcoming, and look at how beautiful my nails turned out! The full pedicure was $45.

I have been going to Lisa for a little over a year and wish I had found her sooner. My nails are the perfect shape for me. she is very detailed and as picky as I am about thickness and shape. She can color match anything I every show her from Pinterest and she is also so very sweet. Amy does my pedicures and is as meticulous as Lisa. I will never go anywhere else. LOVE this place.

They are so sweet here, it’s very clean, they don’t do acrylics so there isn’t a strong chemical smell! I loved my pedicure. Great job and very relaxing experience.💗

I had not had a mani/pedi for a while but I made an appointment at a nails.com because it was convenient and close. I had never utilized the services offered at this location, so I did not have names or referrals, but I got Moon- which I am happy I did. She was excellent. Very friendly and wonderfully professional. She honestly takes care of her clients and it is clear that she takes pride in making sure that everyone who visits leaves happy with her work. I have gone to many nail salons in my 3 decades of life (good and bad) but I surely would recommend Nails.com to anyone new to the area. Also, another plus is the fact is how I made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early (to pick out nail polish, look at the options/pricing, etc.) and they were expecting me. I cannot stand making and confirming an appointment and waiting an hour. I didn't have to worry about that here!

These ladies are the very best in the business when it comes to real gel nails, not gel-covered acrylic nails. Ask for Lisa if you can. She's the best of the best, and seems to have pioneered the process of creating perfect, natural-looking gel nails.

I had an excellent experience. I forgot the name of the lady who gave me the pedicure but she did a great job.

I have been going to this place for years. Great place. Occasionally, they will assume I want the premium pedicure. I prefer they ask but other than that, it's a great place.

Nice folks, but work is really in need of help to keep updated with level of service at other salons that charge as much. Tried this salon out of urgency since it is in proximity to office, but not worth spending the time and money, as frustration always comes in at several steps in the process; cream massage on legs right after nail polish (damaging the nail polish), no hand massage, very poor nail filing, just poor service overall.

I got a nail infection after getting cut with a nail clipper that wasn’t sanitized. I had to ask her to remove the nails before they were even close to finished and she didn’t acknowledge my bleeding fingers. She then charged me $12 and asked for a tip. My nails are extremely damaged and falling apart. Very rude and they don’t try to fix their mistakes. Go to Revive Nails and Spa instead.

I gave one star not for the actual mani/pedi, but for the way they handle their business. I called a little after 9am to see if they were open, did they require appointments and what they charged. I was told they were open, liked appointments and charged $43.00 for mani/pedi. That the reason their charge was so high (her words not mine) is the product they use is the 'best'. When I was paying I was told $53, when I said "What?" was told $58, again I said "What?" and told $63. I said I was quoted $43 before I went in. Was told that because I opted for no polish, but buff it's more. And that they did 'treatment' on my feet. That treatment was in their 'menu' - I said I wasn't told it would be more BEFORE they did it, paid $50 and left. Beware before you go.
