If I could leave 0 stars I would, but this information needs to be shared. I have been buying KB bras for years and have, until now, loved them. Recently I bought new bras and one had a manufacturing defect in the seam. I took photos and intended to send an email. I set the bra aside and forgot (go figure with kids!!). I finally got around to it and apparently I was mere days beyond their conservative (they proclaimed generous) six month product guarantee. They refused to replace the bra and sent me a coupon instead, expecting I would be willing to spend more money on products that aren't quality guaranteed. In contrast when I buy kids clothes from Primary they replace broken zippers and torn seams SIX years later, declaring they expect their products to last. Clothes are expensive and I will no longer purchase from companies like Kindred Bravely that do not stand by their products!
