I had to have a ring cut off and the ladies working were very nice. They were efficient and quick. They didn’t even charge me. I will be returning for some ring sizing and cleaning. They also have a nice selection on jewelry in their casas.

The BEST! They are fantastic to work with and I am so happy we discovered them.

As we approached a milestone anniversary, we were looking at options to enhance my wedding set. We took my ring to Zales for a repair and while we waited for the estimate, we browsed the cases. We explained to the salesperson the desire to enhance my ring and we were frustrated that the visit ended with the repair bill exceeding $800 and the salesperson trying to talk us into trading in my wedding to upgrade to a new set. Thankfully we ended up at Michael's Jewelers. The repair to my ring was less than $75 and Victoria spent lots of time helping me design a perfect ring to enhance my current wedding set, without changing my original set. She is extremely knowledgeable and offered some great advice. The finished product was more perfect than I ever imagined.

After our success with my ring, we turned to Victoria to help my son create a beautiful wedding ring out of one of my earrings. She helped capture all of his "wants" and the end product was stunning.

Their prices are reasonable and the quality is superb. We have purchased items, designed jewelry with them, trusted them with our repairs, and plenty of rings cleaned there. I highly recommend Michael's Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

Micheal's Jewelers are My favorite! I've been using them for repairs for a decade. I recently took a friend in, she had them turn her wedding ring into a diamond pendant( Im sure it will turn into a family heirloom). It turned out so beautiful, I can't Thank the staff enough. I love this shop!!! Unlike some other reviews, I found Victoria and her son very pleasant. I have been coming to this shop for many years now and would not trust my jewelery else where. I have had many of my items custom made and the jeweler himself does excellent work! Not only do they know what they are doing, but they take pride in knowing the pieces you have to bring them. They know me by name and I like that. One note to those of you that think your jewelry is worth so much money; Michael's Jewelers is honest so if you have crap they will tell you the truth!

Very nice family owned jewelry and watch repair shop. Very reasonable prices, quick work. The family is extremely pleasant. Great prices on getting watches up and running. We have been coming here for years and they have fixed everything we have ever brought them. Can't recommend them enough.

How lucky are we to have such a professionally owned jeweler in our community! I was searching tirelessly to find a shop to clean an engagement set. Paul had me come in, inspected the prongs, and had the rings cleaned within minutes of arriving. Their collection is beautiful and I will undoubtedly be back for future purchases.

I've bought many smaller pieces for myself at Michael's as well as gifts for my daughter-in-law and granddaughters. This month I start a charm bracelet for my middle granddaughter turning 9. It's a tradition I'm setting for them. In six years I'll be starting a new one. I love this shop. Great customer service!

Came into the store in a panic as my diamond on ring was loose. They fixed it right then and there! The customer service is top notch!

Victoria and her jeweler are very sensible, respectful and patient people. Her selection of jewelry is remarkable and her attention to detail, impressive.
Regarding the community member whose son was yelled at, I suspect he deserved it if Victoria cared enough to say something. She is a very respectful Lady with a warm heart who works hard to make her living.

Went in today for an unusual repair/polish and they exceeded my expectations. I will use them for all of my watch and jewelry needs and I highly recommend them.

My son breaks his watch often and these guys always fix it for free when it's little stuff, they are very very good and nice people and I love going back there in listening to The Beatles music in the Background. With covid I'm sure they are struggling and they are still very generous and honest. I am a local and everything I will take to them expensive or not they are good people and family owned.. please support.. These guys rock!

Michael's offers great value and excellent quality merchandise at various price points. Excellent customer service and a friendly staff makes even browsing feel welcomed in an industry that can often have off putting retail environments. Good place for sure
