Jack in the Box

This is a jack in the box where I am constantly visiting more than 10 times a week, the employees are super nice and helpful, the bathrooms usually clean but at times I have walked in where the floor is super wet and pieces of toilet paper everywhere kind of unpleasant to look at. When any problems come up the employees are fast to respond and help customer for anything, can also hold conversations even when on busy schedules. Sometimes I realize though that the food changes sometimes from when its new and when it's an classic, for example the number two buttery jack, it was served with a nicely toasted bread and big too, no tomatoes whatsoever, then with time the burger got smaller and the veggies inside were different each time.

Great food! Service was excellent, which made my experience 10x better!

Yea the wait can be long but that is because they make orders fresh as they come in, that's kind of the BEST part! Unlike McDonald's that had food sitting in heated trays or under hot lamps for hours.

The staff at this location is ALWAYS so kind and friendly even when they are super busy! Love this location for those reasons alone!!

I stop by this place quite often for my my bi-weekly churros. I always end up ordering more food of course as everything looks delicious. Breakfast is excellent here as well

This by far the best Jack n the Box in San Diego. As most people have experienced, sometime when going through drive through, an order can be missing or not exactly how it was ordered. This happened before and I provided feedback via there website. Within 24 hours, I received an email from the Franchise owner apologizing and saying that he will fix the issue and sent me and us some coupons. He also followed up to ensure everything went ok the next time we went.
As far as food quality, the food always comes out fresh, hot and doesn’t have the “sitting for a long time” or “reheated” taste to it. They definitely put forth the effort regardless if they are busy or it’s the middle of the night to keep quality a top priority.
Customer service by far is second to none, the managers there are always friendly and I can see their high standards by the way all the staff there interacts with customers.
Veteran friendly. Without even asking, I went there while I was still on active duty and they told me about their Military discount. After retiring, I went there and the manager remembered me and reminded me of the discount is for veterans too.

The most nicest perfectly made looking burger I have ever had in my life. I mean it looked like love when into this sandwich.

Me ex works here nd I still like going here bcuz the environment is so welcoming on gawd.

The people are very kind and the food was amazing

Food was ok. ( as always) but the service was outstanding. The atmosphere couldn't say. I was o a drive through.

The manger there has been there since I was a kid and he still has the best attitude for an fast food employee. He always looks out for you on your orders making sure you get the bang for your buck!

I have been going to this Jack in the box for close to 20 years. I have been a big fan of the 99 cent menu for a long time for their tacos sand chicken sandwiches. I remember one of the first things I ever ordered off of this site was a chicken-pita wrap with my grandpa. I was surprised at how good it was and since then I loved coming back to this place. The service has always been friendly and fast and their food has never disappointed. I'm on a health grind now so I don't eat here anymore but if I ever felt like being naughty, tacos from here for sure!

Not to bad of a place to go to. Especially where it's located at. But nice employees, and drive thru, is quick.

The absolute best customer service. The managers go out of their way to help the customers. The food is fresh tastes awesome!!! Love this Jack n the box! I love their onion rings - they're the best by far!

I give this Jack in the Box 5☆'s because they're a corporate store and don't rip off all the customers like all the other franchise stores do.

Everything is coming along pretty good for you. Just bring the prices down lower andof keep them lower. Along with the specials that you have sometimes, you should offer Military Discounts as well, not either or,like what you be doing a lot. Also, with all that in mind, the Military Discount percentages should be 40% to 50% or more,not just 10%. That's something that you do a lot of. No joke. You should do that, without any hesitations.

A few years back they have the worst sandwiches I could ever imagine but a friend took me there and I was really impressed that the sound just has improved tremendously even though in the past years they always had great reviews but when it came to my case it was not up to par but I'm impressed with this new sandwich they have and I can't remember what it is it was wonderful not a McDonald's hamburger which is really tasty but Jack in the Box has made their sandwiches tremendously I would make them an 8 on the scale

16 breakfast Jacks well before 7am. No problem. After, it can take a while. I love the early morning staff. Friendly and they do not skimp on ketchup packets.

Service is fantastic! Employees like there job and do it well! Made my meal a combo so would save money without me even having to ask it was great and the food is always great at this location .

I have visited this location many times over the years, they have great food and good service, and the drive thru goes quick. Eddie is also super nice!
