When it arrived at our home, his delivery team were great, and helped move other furniture that the new furniture replaced.

So thrilled! After searching online for months to find a full grain leather couch I finally found this store. The internet didn't lead me to believe anyone made full grain leather couches anymore, but low and behind there was loads of customizable options at Hayek's! Jamal invited me to try out anything and everything and let me wander around undisturbed. Once I had narrowed it down he discussed all the customizable parts if the couches I was looking at and what recliners I could get to match. I did not feel any pressure to buy right away.
I was informed that the couches would take 7 weeks to be made by the manufacturer and that they would call us when the couches were coming in so we could make sure we're were ready for them. The ended up getting made in 3 weeks and they delivered on a day that gave us plenty of time to make room for them. The delivery men were very careful with all of our property and remained professional despite having to move around heavy furniture on a hot, sunny day.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is ready to have good furniture. The prices were below what I was expecting from my online research and I couldn't be happier with the products and service received.

We bought a recliner here about 10 years ago. Yesterday one of the back brackets broke. Jamal knew the exact part I needed and he HAD ONE in stock. I can repair the chair for a very low cost instead of having someone fix it for me or buy a new one.

We also purchased a couch from here. Its a great store that really cares.

Most furniture in the area is cheap Chinese furniture that won't last long at all (we've had our share). The quality furniture is only offered by a few stores, and it comes with a huge price tag, that we've always resisted. After exhausting all our options, we found Hayek's and we're very glad we did. Jamal ordered us the same furniture as the best we were able to find, at 2/3's the price. Jamal was low-pressure and honest. It was a great deal and we're happy to recommend him to anyone looking for the better stuff.

Five years ago I bought a top grain leather power recliner from Jamal. I am very happy with the chair and the way Jamal treated us during selection of leather and colors and finally the sale. Just this week the remote control stopped working and Jamal replaced it free of charge, even though the store is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. I highly recommend Jamal and Hayek's if you are looking for the best quality in leather furniture, and an honest and sincere salesman.

We were looking for a leather couch and were getting frustrated with what we were seeing at the bigger stores. We went to Hayak’s and were very impressed with both the selection and the customer service.
Jamal was our salesman and took care to listen carefully to what we wanted and patiently showed us all the options. We ended up getting a sofa, chair and ottoman. They were delivered two weeks early and we couldn’t be happier with them. The leather is amazing, they are comfortable and we LOVE that that are made in America. We will be shopping there again for another leather purchase.

Another amazing couch after looking at so many others. Found amazing couches at other stores, but they all lacked something we wanted. Took all that to Hayek's and Jamal had the ability to listen, locate and refine the couch beyond any others we'd ever seen. I doubt there is anything He cannot deliver. I bought a sofa in the Tukwila store 15 years ago and I needed some parts for it. I was hoping for the best and with the help of Don and JAMAL, I got the parts for free at the Lynwood store. They were the last available anywhere because my sofa is discontinued.

One of the best furniture buying experiences we have encountered. Jamal understands the meaning of customer service, something that is mostly non-existent in today's world. For leather furniture, this place has a wide selection, and very customizable by detailing and leather type and color. Tons of help from staff. We bought 2 custom chairs, a love seat and sofa, all American made quality furniture for our living room upgrade. Jamal has been very attentive to our schedule needs and has gone out of his way to ensure our satisfaction with each of our purchases.

Highly recommended. We had plenty of time to check out the furniture, Jamal was very helpful and answered our many questions, and explained the products in detail. I appreciated the quality and the variety of options available to us. We bought a couch and two chairs.

I stopped in Hayek's a couple of years ago following a long history of trying to find a rocking chair for my husband who would go through rocking/recliner/glider/lounge chairs every few years. Although he rocks gently, he rocks all the time, and the springs, bolts, mechanisms broke with some regularity. We were lucky to get 6 months before the first break appeared, and sometimes it happened in as few as 3. The most recent had been a disaster of a chair (at $1800!!!) that was so destroyed--springs, mechanisms, so-called leather upholstery coming apart at the seams--after 3 years we took it to the dump.
I went into Hayek's on a whim and talked with Jamal about our problems. He was very concerned, but showed me a very attractive chair. After hearing my tale of woe, and my concern about how long the mechanism would last, he offered me two free spare mechanisms if I bought the chair! He had me there. We took the chair home and it lasted a full (unheard of ) year before the mechanism broke. We replaced it and it lasted another year, and then broke. Once more we were able to replace it with the mechanism Jamal had given us. We were happy to be getting a year, so I went by Hayek's, talked to Jamal again, and asked if I could order another one so we'd have a spare when it went out again--which we don't expect to have happen for months. Not only did he get me a spare, but he refused to charge me for it!
Hayek's has my vote as one of the best furniture stores around, not only with quality products, but also a concerned owner who cares that his customers are treated well. We will be back. We might not ever go anywhere else.

Shopping at Hayek's is very individualized. The shopper can choose size, shape, leather color and grade. Or, she can pick a sofa or chair from the ones on the floor. We chose to have our couch made with all three seats reclining and once it came, my husband claimed a permanent spot. He loves it!! (I do, too).
The remarkable thing about Hayek is the customer service. Even after your furniture is in your home, Jamal will honor his warranty with quick service. One of our seats quit reclining and even during COVID-19 and also after our couch was here over a year, Jamal quickly sent a man to fix it . If you want leather, Hayek's is the place to go.

Don, the gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable, not pushy and helped us find the couch we've been hoping for after shopping all day, hitting multiple furniture stores with pushy salespeople. Don gave us a good deal and all the furniture in this store is quality made in the USA, a great bonus. 😁🇺🇸

It's a novel concept to have your showroom in a blue and white church bus, but who am I to judge?
Saw the pic on Google Maps, drove there, recognized the bus from the picture.
Door of the bus was locked, so I knocked.
The first tweaker to come to the door was ready with friendly instructions:
"Beat it!!!"
The one who popped up from behind the first one had a question:
"Hey bro, you got a scale?"
Didn't get inside that day to see the furniture, but I'm really looking forward to seeing a nice cushy sectional.
