Went through them to buy my 2022 VW Jetta Gli and may I tell you, it was simple and they weren’t trying to force me into anything like certain dealerships in town. Brett their sales guy is great and easy to talk too and truthfully a great guy. He didn’t force me into doing anything or signing anything. When I ended up choosing what car I liked they had it shipped down from their Bountiful location. But during transport, the transport guy (non affiliated) ripped a sensor off of the car by accident. Specialties immediately notified me about what had happened and they scheduled an appointment with Volkswagen themselves and payed for it themselves so all in all the whole buying experience and communication experience had to be a 5/5. Would definitely recommend and would definitely shop here again!!

I've been going to Specialties Auto since I purchased my Mercedes in 2019. They were excellent to work with on the purchase. I did a lot of research and based on my research I got a great deal on my car. The loan officer at the credit union was even impressed with the price I paid. I'm 65 years young and I have never had a good experience with a used car dealership until Specialties Auto. I plan on buying my next car with them.
The service department is another story however, they are even better than the sales department! I always have my car serviced there. They have actually refused to do work before because I didn't need it. I've always been treated fairly and with respect. Coby always manages to work me in quickly and they do a great job.
I trust Specialties Auto and have recommended them several times to family and friends and I will continue to recommend them. There aren't any other used car dealerships I would even walk into. They are definitely the best in town.

I’ve used this company for the past 2.5 yrs and they have never failed me. They have always gotten me in with in 48hrs. Based on current economic costs they have stayed overall cost friendly when you compare to dealerships.

i've bought 3 cars in the last 4 months for myself, wife and son. the prices were great and the cars were unbelievable clean. i took the first car i bought in for an oil change and the service dept was great too. i love these guys.

Absolutely amazing experience at Specialities Auto. Test drive several cars and the salesperson was informative and upbeat about all the cars we test drove. It was nice to not have someone pushy or annoyed that we looked at so many. We went a few days before Christmas and their finance worker was on vacation so The same salesman that helped us and the inventory buyer both made calls to banks and got us an extremely low interest rate. They also did not low ball us on our trade in which was shocking in itself.

You are buying a used car and with that comes standard used car issues. Minimal wear and tear on the vehicle we bought. We did notice a small dent (smaller than a quarter) on the door and that the door hinge probably needs replacing as it makes a noise when opening and closing. Other than that in excellent condition and car fact were provide for each car we tested drove.

Brett (and Chase) is/are an upstanding person/people to deal with and will go out of their way to get you the car to want. I really appreciated Brett's "pay it forward" approach. My experience has been so positive here that I intend on using them for all my future car purchases even though I live 4 hours away

I couldn’t recommend Specialties Auto more! They made buying a new car such a great experience for me. They made sure everything went smoothly. Brett was so cool, not an ounce of pressure either which I truly appreciated after spending the previous week and a half dealing with other dealerships that were too pushy. On my way to AZ late on a Friday afternoon, my car started misfiring on I-15. I knew we would have some issues locating a mechanic to fix my BMW in the area, but my husband found Specialties Automotive Group online. Jared directed us to their location in St. George. While the service center was closed, Cameron was just getting ready to leave, but thankfully took the time to do the intake paperwork on my car and help me get a rental so I could continue on my trip. They diagnosed my car, ordered the parts and kept in constant communication throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, pleased with the timeliness/quality of the workmanship/communication and cannot thank Cameron enough for accommodating and helping me. The only downfall is that they are not close to me for future service. Keep up the great work!!

I called this place in the middle of a road trip, because my engine had started making an odd noise. Even though they didn’t have a tech available to help me, Koby stayed on the phone for several minutes asking questions and helping diagnose my issue. Really appreciate that level of service, especially when my business isn’t even on the line. if I’m ever in need of auto services in this area, I know where I’ll be stopping

We cannot say enough about our experience with Cameron and Morgan last week as they solved a mystery problem withour 2012 Audi Q5. Cameron went above and beyond, coming back into the shop on Thusday evening until 9:00 pm, knowing we needed to drive our car to Lindon, Utah on Friday. It was huge relief when he told us he found and solved the problem, allowing us to be able to sleep that night knowing we would not have to reschedule our trip again. We were customers already, but now we are committed customers for our new Audi and our Lexus Rx 350. We will spread the word around the St George market about our experiences and assure others that they will not be disappointed by trusting their valued vehicles to the team at Specialties.

Chase is the man! Specialties Auto took care of my wife and I with all of our needs. I started to look for a car for my wife as she is getting ready to upgrade and ended up buying a commuter car from him for myself during the process. He was very accommodating and made sure we didn’t feel any pressure and evaluated all of our options. His cars are super clean and priced very competitively. I was in and out very quickly and made it a fun process (like it should be). He worked around my schedule and even made room for a last minute oil change for me before a road trip. Friendly helpful salesman, Kurt. Made the whole buying process smooth and effortless. They worked really well with our Credit Union. We found the vehicle online and communicated through texts and phone calls. Very pleased with the whole process. Cute little dealership, very clean.

Car was exactly as represented, the dealership allowed an independent pre-purchase inspection, worked with me to resolve some minor problems before the sale, and even helped arrange shipping. I had limited time. So A Friday night I went and looked at cars. I found one I really wanted to test drive at Specialties. So Saturday morning I test drove it. Loved it. Kurt started paperwork. Few hours later he texted me my awesome rates, So I went in and signed And drove my new Audi home. All clean and a full tank. They are very fast. Nice. Not pushy. We worked with Kurt and he did a super job! He was never pushy (we would have left if he was), but allowed us to ask questions and drive the beautiful Lexus we purchased.
