Wells Fargo Bank

Ok I'm just eating this particular branch not all of WF. While it has very ugly and boxy exterior the inside was warm and very clean. I was getting new 5 dollar bills for red packs (lunar new year gifts) like 250 worth. They had them and were very fast. I'd like to get gold coins as well but they do not have them. I like this branch a lot.

I don't usually review a bank, but the manager Charles just solved I problem I've been trying to get taken care of for a long time!

Had one incident once where someone working there was really pushy and spent five mins trying to get me to open another account, but have had an otherwise wonderful time here and have received great service from very helpful staff.

Most of the time Wells Fargo is pretty good at customer service. I felt very unwelcome by the banker here. He made it seem like I interrupted his day. However ladies at the counter were very pleasant and helpful. Go to the foster city Wells Fargo if want a better banking experience.

Never bank with this Wells Fargo. This was the first time I'm refused service!

I was gonna deposit my check to my friend's wells fargo account. But the banker passive aggressively turned me down, just because I don't have a wells fargo account. So what? If I don't have wells fargo account, then I can't send money to my friend? This is just ridiculous.

I won't disclose the name of that banker for now. But just let everybody be aware how terrible their service is!

They cancelled my card because of a $1 charge in Miami 10 days ago, but they can’t check on where the replacement is because they mailed through regular mail with no tracking.

They “temporarily” closed the location without any notice. I can’t access my safety deposit box. Complete BS. I am taking my business elsewhere when I get my things out. Isn’t there some law against such shady business practices?

ATMs are out of cash during the work day, always big line, simple operations take forever.
