Me and my coworkers tried the burritos and got a vampiro taco with it.
First, the burrito was on point. Good ratio of rice, whole pinto beans and finely cut carne asada. Also had sour cream, onions, cilantro, and that green sauce. 🔥
But there Star of the show was the vampiro taco. I don't know how, I don't know why but that thing is fire 🔥🔥🔥 I haven't stopped thinking about that dang thing. I'm coming back and I'm getting 10 of them things.
Clean establishment, friendly staff and delicious food. What else do you want?

Sinaloense truck is a delight to my mouth on wheels! Love this Salida neighborhood truck! Loved the flavor of the burrito 10 carne asada loaded and the shrimp tacos were delicious! Would definitely come back and tell my friends who are passing through. The burrito was super flavorful.

The best taco truck ever!! They started off small but they now do catering! That goes to show how good their food is! There is nothing on their menu I haven’t tried. The flavors.. the sauces… all amazing and unique😋 they catered my nephews birthday party and I can say no one was disappointed!! If you don’t try one of their amazing dishes, shame on you!!

This food truck is serving some of the most authentic Mexican food out here in the Valley. Food was great, they don't offer Aguas frescas, but have a selection of other drinks available. I loved the attention to detail of how my food was packaged for take-out. Adding the foil around the entire plate really helped my food not to get soggy. Thank you 😊
Both seafood tacos and meat tacos are seasoned properly. Their sauces are very well prepared 👏

The food here is delicious! I really enjoy there Chipotle lime shrimp tacos! They also have a burrito bowl if you are trying to go light on the carbs.

This place has most amazing food the staff is friendly and honestly I've never tasted better Mexican food in my life and they have things there that I've never heard of. Their ingredients are amazing

Had the vampire asada burrito and another item. Both were flavorful, interesting in taste and texture. Had a bite of the shrimp too which was great too. Definitely would recommend and go back.

I had the wonderful experience of trying Sinaloense while visiting from Chicago. We had their steak & barbacoa tacos along with their "Ceviche Crunch." I loved it so much I came back with a bunch of my family also visiting from Texas a few days later. They currently have 3 picnic tables next to the truck with an impressive selection of bottled hot sauce to try. The prices are great and service is fast. Overall very clean and great quality. I can't wait to come back on my next visit!!

Food is bomb. I was surprised because it didn’t look like a taco truck from a far. Then when I tried it it was like an explosion on flavor in my mouth.

I ordered a Campechana and as usual I try to "fix it" my way but surprise surprise! It tasted perfect with no need to add any more lemon, hot sauce or ketchup!

Shrimp lime tacos delicious! Tacos are well served! Burritos are as well ! They take cash and debit!! Wish they had redbulls ! But they do have a good drink variety ! Best taco truck in selida ! Parking lot is big enough to park my semi! Right off 99 !

Chipotle shrimp tacos are the bomb! This place is so darn good! The carne asada is juicy and has amazing flavor! Definitely recommend this taco truck!

The food was delicious!! The shrimp tacos with the chipotle sauce where great. My wife and I also shared a burrito. My son had a beef quesadilla and definitely enjoyed it. While I was waiting on my order and it being my first time here the staff gave me a vampiro taco to try which was super delicious and pretty cool of them. I will definitely order some of those on my next visit

This is my go to place for the very best chipotle shrimp tacos I have ever had. First I like the convenience of being able to text my order in before I drive the 5 minutes over to Salida Blvd. Then they always get my order done correctly. The Chipotle Shrimp Tacos are outstanding. I always order three and they are always delicious.
You must try them.

I have had their shrimp cocktail which was delicious and today I tried their asada tacos and they are by far the best ones I have had. The meat is well seasoned and so tender. Yum! The fact that they take call ahead orders and debit cards is a PLUS! Thank you! Will only be ordering from here from now on :)
