The restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance, paired with attentive staff, set the stage for an enjoyable meal. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal everyone. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious and felt the best quality ingredients were used to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu. The drinks are pricey but surely worth sampling.

It was a wonderful experience at Taj Mahal. We were here for dinner on a family member’s birthday and really loved the ambience, food and service. $$$ is slightly on the higher side but totally worth it. They ordered a special falooda as a complimentary dessert and played a birthday song. I would definitely recommend this place.

You are going to love this place if you are into authentic North Indian food!👌👌

We went for a Sunday buffet enjoyed all the variety! It’s the type where you think there was a lot of love(not ghee) that went into the food! 😅😅

Haters may always say whatever but if you really want to enjoy good quality dining in a relaxing ambience with views of the beautiful livermore mountains…this is the place to be!

Finally we have a great place we can always look forward to go for dining in the East bay!

I will be back very soon!😍

It's great to finally have a modern, upscale Indian restaurant in the Tri-Valley area! Huge seating area with great ambience, Brian Silas music playing in the background (my personal favorite!), robots bringing food to your table, excellent service, and really good food with authentic North Indian flavors! I can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a great overall experience!

Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience at this Indian restaurant—it's definitely one of the nicest I've been to in the USA! The ambience here is great, with really nice interiors that add to the dining experience. Yes, it's a little on the expensive side, but trust me, the delicious food makes it worth it. I tried the orange cooler, which wasn't too sweet but still delicious, although I wish it was made with fresh orange juice. The watermelon cooler, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious. The veg platter for 4 had a nice variety, with the dahi ke kabab, paneer tikka, and soya chaap all being yum. The chutney that came with it was okay. As for the main dishes, the chicken dhaba curry was a standout, while the bhuna mutton was just okay. The bread basket was fresh and soft, and the onion salad was nice too. I also appreciated the sauf and lollypop they offered for the kids on our way out. Overall, the service was nice, and I left feeling satisfied. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Looking for authentic Indian taste, great ambience, phenomenally done interiors and a robot bringing your food to the table, Taj Mahal Flavors of India brings it all together for you. In the heart of Livermore, CA, nestled amongst the Livermore Outlets, lies this hidden and exquisite gem and it transports you to the vibrant land of India with its authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and elegant ambiance. There are ample parking spots in the front and the back side and you definitely would be able to find one for yourself.

The ambiance at the restaurant is warm, inviting, and transports you to the heart of India. The vibrant décor, adorned with traditional Indian motifs and artifacts, creates a sense of authenticity and charm. The friendly and attentive staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that you feel right at home. Shoutout to Vishal who was serving our table and made sure we got nothing but the best of the best when it came to our meals. Also with all that vibrant food and interiors, they do have robots moving food from the kitchen to the table where the server takes over. Pretty cool intersection of humans and bots.

The menu at Taj Mahal Flavors of India is a symphony of flavors, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of India. From the ever so famous butter chicken and tikka masala to specialties like bhukhara kofta or Soya chaap, each dish is a testament to the meticulous preparation and use of fresh, high-quality ingredients and their masterful use of spices. Each dish is bursting with an explosion of aromas and flavors, carefully balanced to tantalize the taste buds. From the warming cardamom and cinnamon to the fiery chilies and fragrant turmeric, the spices take your senses on a journey through the diverse regions of India.

We ordered a plethora of items that included, a couple veg platters, avocado jhalmuri, bukhara kofta , kadai paneer, dal makhani, soya chaap with some garlic naan and lachha paratha. Before i forget to mention, we started the evening with a few mocktails (Virgin Mojito, Passionfruit Mojito, Raspbery Mojito to name a few). The presentation of the food at is as captivating as its taste. Vibrant colors, intricate garnishes, and meticulously arranged dishes make every meal a feast for the eyes. This attention to detail reflects the restaurant's commitment to providing a truly immersive dining experience.

We were celebrating a birthday in the group and they were kind enough (big shoutout to Vikas and his team) to get us a Hot chocolate lava cake, on the house.

Dining at Taj Mahal Flavors of India is an unforgettable experience. It's a journey through the vibrant flavors, rich culture, and warm hospitality of India. Whether you're a seasoned Indian food enthusiast or simply new to the cuisine, this restaurant promises to leave you with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for the culinary treasures of India.

I am not exaggerating when i say Taj Mahal Flavors of India is a must-visit restaurant for anyone seeking an authentic and delicious Indian dining experience. It's a place to celebrate the richness of Indian culture, savor the explosion of flavors, and create memories.

Don't wait for a chance. Go make it happen!!!

They make there soya chaap in house, very soft and authenticity. Highly recommend the kali mirch chicken and amritsari fish. And chutney served with fish was bomb. Authentic North Indian fair.

Taj Mahal is one of the few places that serve Indian cuisine and truly emulate the luxury that accompanies the royal Indian dishes on this menu - ranging from Mughlai to Chaat to Tandoori - everything looks and tastes AWESOME!!

Initially, this establishment was running a Buffet only service during lunch hours - with a-la-carte only in the evenings.
Thankfully, good sense prevailed - or the response to the lunch buffet wasn't great - and they have opened up a-la-carte options during lunch as well. Don't get me wrong .. I wouldn't mind a nice Sunday brunch .. but a buffet only restaurant seems like it's meant more for executive lunches and kitty parties than what this place stands for - fine dining.
The Chef Recommendations (particularly the Peshawari Naan with the Taj Butter Chicken and Bukhara Kofta) are well curated and highly recommended.
Not to mention, the robotic bus-trays that carry food from the kitchen to your table lend an aura of dining in the Silicon Valley.
The signature cocktails too have a nice Indian touch using flavors of cucumber, basil and mint - Marble Majesty, for instance comes with a black salt lip and a long cucumber slice in a tall flute glass.. and it's yum!!

Bay Area is sadly notorious for Indian restaurants that cut corners at the cost of cleanliness, ambience, furniture, crockery & cutlery, service staff and worst of all quality of food ingredients - affecting the overall image of Indian dining and gastronomy.

On the contrary, it is hard to order a dish in this restaurant that you might end up regretting - at least in terms of taste and quality.
The bill at the end of the meal is another matter - most might find the prices worth the flavors, presentation and service; I wouldn't mind a sizable discount the next time around .. it would make tipping generously for the exemplary service and recommendations from my server a lot easier. ;)

Thanks to Juhi & Jhanavi for hosting us for a scrumptious lunch this week.

Well it’s that time when you are short of words - all I can say this is a must try and if you haven’t you are missing India food taste.
I usually don’t write this detail feed back but the food is absolutely delicious and amazing
Starting with appetizers the non veg and veg platters are killer - never eaten that juicy and buttery fish / tikka and seek Kabab
Main course was Bhuna Ghost and Kali Mirch chicken was amazing and yummy
That lacha parantha was so crispy and flaky omg.
Restaurant itself was very well maintained and ambience was very nice for a date night or festive family gathering
Nice music and cover
On top the service owner himself was taking care of each guest like how can the go to 50 tables which were all full.

Nice work there Mr Bajaj - keep up the good food and thank you for choosing tri-vally for this amazing iconic work of yours

After a long time a fine luxury restaurant (indian cuisine) we are seeing in pleasanton/dublin area. The taste is amazing, ambience is pretty good and service too.
They have robotic trolleys/serving trays on which food arrives and then is served by waiters.

We came here all the way from San Jose and found well taken care of Mica. She helped us choose the best of… (everything we wanted to eat) and waited patiently until we decided just what our tummies wanted! Thank you Mica and thank you team for playing some good music and giving us our space to enjoy (out loud) with a group of friends who I know from about 20 years now!

A little something about dessert menu - full and Jamoon needs to have actual gulkand in it and not rose petals!

I loved to see this fine cuisine in East Dublin. We loved the food, though on the sweeter side. There was a minor glitch in the service, but we had an overall fantastic time.

We went there to celebrate my birthday with my husband and son. My husband had asked for a cozy corner and the staff made sure we are well taken off. The appetizers ( both veg and non-veg) were absolutely delicious. We had ordered the veg platter, chicken malai kebab and tandoori prawn. Everything was yum. For the main course we ordered lachha paratha, cheese chilly naan(my son loved it) and tandoori roti, paneer makanawala and kadai jhinga. The curries were very good so were the drinks & dessert. The ambience is one of the beat fine dines you will get in bay area. It took me back to good old Delhi days. The service was on top and we had an amazing time. The most important thing is that you get all of these at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience. Finally we have a fine dining Indian option in the East Bay.

Very spacious restaurant with ample seating. We got seated immediately.

Very good ambience, decor and lighting.

The 2 appetizers we ordered - Veg platter and Malai chicken tikka. All the items were good.(5/5)

The main course in comparison was slightly underwhelming (4/5).

The signature cocktails were also really good.(5/5)

The robotic table bringing the order was cool. Seeing something like this for th first time.

Had an amazing experience at this new restaurant. The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and the ambiance is a blend of modern elegance that provides for an all around cozy atmosphere.

I hardly ever write reviews, but the FOOD was so far beyond expectation that I’m spending my time doing so. My family is very hard to please, especially since we all have widely varying flavor and spice preferences and have no problem sharing our thoughts out loud.
Each dish that came out ended up being hit after hit. Not only was each dish packed with flavor, but the mocktails that we ordered were the best we’d ever tried. I’d put their piña colada or the passion fruit mojito up against any other drinks out there.

Also, my group usually doesn’t care for dessert and most of the time we opt not to order, but since everything else we had was so delicious we figured we’d make room and try out the hot chocolate lava cake…I know, not a typcial indian dessert choice, but surprisingly enough it ended up being one of the best desserts we’d ever had! We were visibly ecstatic as we were enjoying it. It was the perfect ending to what we thought was already an astounding experience.

We’re already extremely excited to bring more family and friends to out this new GEM in our hometown. We finally have a place in Livermore that we are proud to invite our closest people over for.

This is one of those restaurants that’s poised to takeover the trivalley and will inevitably be known throughout the bay.

We need more North Indian fine dining places like this in the Bay Area. We went here to celebrate our anniversary and were very delighted by the service and the warm welcome by Mr. Vikas Bajaj and his wife. The food was delicious (a little more spice wouldn’t hurt).
