After reading Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover book we decided to use Dave’s website to help us get cheaper auto insurance in our area. When I found Prostar insurance, they helped us on getting the cheapest estimate and they were super friendly through the whole process and made sure to communicate key details along the way. I definitely know moving forward that going to an agency that looks over all other insurance companies as a whole to find the cheaper rate is the way to go. We highly recommend this company moving forward to anyone that is on a budget or needs a budget friendly insurance agency!

I love ProStar insurance! Not a romantic love, but definitely a "this firm always works for my best interest and finds me the best deal I can get" kind of love. Been a customer of theirs for many, many years. Great helpful and polite people. I enjoy the occasional question, "how are your kids?" Totally endorse ProStar insurance. Tate, at Pro-Star was a great help and took time to help me find the right coverage and compare my previous coverage. In the end I was able to find a new insurance company with a much lower deductible with slightly lower premiums. It was a win-win situation and I am happy to have found an insurance broker who can suit my needs and provide some individual service.

Before ProStar, I usually just got my insurance online, without an agent. But that was dumb, honestly. Now, I am paying the same cost (or less maybe?) for insurance AND an insurance agent team. In my experience w/ ProStar, their customer service has been prompt and thorough. I am confident that Anthony or Brian would answer any question or request with friendliness and competence. they seem like good dudes. I am very pleased with ProStar.

So far I am really impressed! What I appreciate most is the incredible level of communication. Let me explain...

I had been with my previous broker for over 20 years, when a glitch occurred in one of their company's phone payment features. No one told me, and instead of paying off my homeowners insurance, it was quietly dumped. (I did get a letter that arrived after the fact.) This happened in the summer of 2021, one of the worst fire seasons on record. And yes, fires occurred very near my home forcing me to evacuate, while unbeknownst to me I had NO HOMEOWNERS COVERAGE.

My previous broker made no attempt to contact me, made no attempt to rectify the situation and made no attempt to precur me other insurance. Just too bad, so sad. So when a friend recommended ProStar - well, what did I have to lose?

After having been with the same company for so long, I admit I was apprehensive, but wow! They got me set up with homeowners (even though some companies had a moritorium on new policies due to active fires in my area), auto, and even an umbrella policy in no time. Plus I saved money! What a difference competency and customer service makes! I am so grateful to have found this great company and look forward staying with them at least another 20 years! :)
