Steve's Plumbing got the job done fast.

We were without hot water due to our 50 gallon tank water heater leaking. That morning I got a bid from a large plumbing company who was not encouraging me to install a tankless system. I called Steve's and two plumbers, Luke and Dillon, came out at the end of their workday and gave me estimates on all my options. Steve's Plumbing is listed as an authorized installer of Navian tankless systems, and we went with the Navian tankless with a circulation kit so the water would be hot at the tap immediately. We also went with their maintenance program that extends the warranty to lifetime.

Steve's Plumbing was out the next day and Brandon and Dillon installed the system, explaining everything and making sure I had all my questions answered.

This was a great experience from bith automated and personal communication with the office to the professionalism of their team of plumbers.

Our sewer re-line didn't go as originally planned. Steve's Plumbing was able to immediately pivot and complete the job. Extra impressive since it turned out to need excavation (more people and equipment). During the excavation I couldn't look... I was blown away when they finished. Every team that worked on the project took such care not to do damage to the plants! l am so impressed with how it turned out! Thank you very much!

I worked with Brock and Stan and they were great. They made it out much quicker than expected in an emergency situation and they were able to answer all my plumbing related questions. Our above ground hose faucet burst in the freezing weather and they replaced it in less than half an hour and helped me to identify the shut off valves that were previously obscured by dirt. For a first time home owner with no experience with plumbing it was the best possible service. I am definitely going to be joining their diamond club and definitely going to be using them for my next couple of plumbing projects that are less critical than today’s. The photos are the before and after work, again fantastic and quick.

We had Tyler back again to install two toilets, along with a kitchen facet. Extremely pleased with the product, impressed with the installation and clean up. Thank you for the fast and efficient service.

Incredibly fast and professional same-day service after our water heater burst. Zeke was very helpful, clearly passionate about what he does, and he took the time afterwards to make sure everything was running as it should while temperature in the water heater increased. Couldn’t be happier.

I have to say that Luke is the best plumber that I’ve hired. He was not only on time but worked really hard on a complicated arrangement of a water heater in a mobile home. Our hot water heater just randomly croaked on us one day so I called Steve's Plumbing. I explained the situation, and as an Elite Club member, Riley responded right away. He provided us with replacement options of a smaller 50 gallon tank, a larger 65 gallon tank (which is not readily available) or a tankless water heater.

We didn't want to downsize to a smaller tank so we opted for the tankless one.

Riley made arrangements for an electrician to respond, he was able to cut into our propane gas line, which will save us money, and had everything completed the following day!

Riley told us the tankless heater has a lifetime warranty and they will come out once a year, because of my Elite Club membership, to check on it for for free!

Riley was very responsive to our questions, coordinated all the moving parts, and did an excellent job!

Not sure I picked the correct plumber, Luke?? Anyway I was very pleased. He brought an apprentice with him who was also . When they got caught in traffic let me know which I appreciated. That was first time that ever happened. Both plumbers were very neat & cleaned up everything!!
Luke explained all my options very clearly not the least bit pushy.

We were new to Seattle and were concerned we wouldn’t be able to find a good plumbing company to help us with our plumbing needs. We were referred to Steve’s from another plumbing company and I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tyler and Shawn. These guys are top notch. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, and the work they did was high quality. They were extremely respectful of our property and very professional in their communications with us, taking their time to explain their findings and how our new water heater operated. The scheduling staff was friendly, efficient and communications with the company were excellent. We are delighted to have found such a good company to work with and will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

We thought we had a leaky pipe in our master bathroom, only to learn that the dripping sound was due to thermal expansion of the pipe - thus no leak. Brock was amazing at not making me feel bad for having to drive out to our house for that! Having no leak was, honestly, the best news! I was most happy to pay the service fee. Sooo thankful for Steve’s Plumbing and their kind and courteous employees!

Had a really positive experience with Steve’s Plumbing. Called for a leaky shower drain, not an emergency, but they came the next day in the quoted time. Brandon was very courteous and professional and diagnosed and repaired the issue very quickly. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Steve's Plumbing's TV commercials are pretty corny, but their service was first rate. In the midst of sub-zero temperatures (about 17 degrees) Luke and his apprentice showed up within a half-hour of our call. One of our major water pipes was frozen solid and hidden inside our walls. Luke diagnosed the issue and solved it despite extremely challenging issues, eventually tracing it to a far corner in our garage. The project, involving problems both inside and outside our 40-year-old house, took about three hours, none of them wasted. I highly recommend this company.

Everyone that I have dealt with has been helpful and professional. Brock went above and beyond to take care of the problem quickly while keeping us informed of exactly what he was doing and why. I called Steve’s Plumbing to have my garbage disposal looked at. I thought it would probably need replacement but the technician was able to fix it so it’s good as new. Technician was punctual, courteous and quick. Great service!

I've used Steve's Plumbing throughout the years and they never disappoint. My home didn't have a clean out for the main sewer line, and it was getting compromised by roots and a poor original installation. Luke and his partner had to remove and replace several bushes during the process of repairing the line and installing a pair of clean outs. When they were finished the area was restored back to as they found it. Great job!

I am very pleased with Steve’s Plumbing. I woke up to a leak and they were able to get me scheduled the same day. Luke was fantastic. He is a thorough professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. He left the place very clean. He also gave me suggestions and tips on maintaining drains. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were very accommodating with our schedule. Our technician, Zeke, arrived promptly, introduced himself and put on booties to protect our property. Zeke was amazing. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and took extra time to keep my husband informed and educated on the entire process. The plumbing job was successful and affordable.

Luke did an amazing job. The fact that I put in a service call at 10 AM and the complete job was finished by 6:30 PM the same day. This was a complete redo of a hot water tank & plumbing. Difficult tank size & area but Luke was determined to get it all up to code & finished by end of day. I have a very busy RE/MAX business & have never experienced such good service for my clients or myself. They have all my business now!

I needed a quick finish of some DIY plumbing I started that went complicated and Brandon showed up early, with great communication leading up to his arrival. Once he was there he was quick, professional, and never once made me feel bad about trying to fix things myself (have had a lot of those experiences, let me tell you). He was willing to show me what he does, teach me his plumbing tricks, and showed me what I could do for myself while also doing a spectacular job and going above and beyond.
